I purchased this TV for my son when he lost his flat screen TV due to the Longmont Floods. We shopped at multiple stores and Best Buy had the best deal! It has specific benefits to utilize with his XBox One and the picture is excellent! A great purchase!

I really like this television. Picture quality is unlike any other television I have seen recently. Like all new tv's, it requires a soundbar, which is not a perfect solution to sound issues. Very user friendly, no problem with internet use.

This is our first smart tv. The picture is great and the I like the smart features. We puchase the remote keyboard which helps. Not happy with the sound unless I connect to mt surround sound system. and the tv remove is frustating.

This has been a great TV for my family. We don't use the 3D capabilities too often, more of a novelty feature.

Super nice picture. Lots of HDMI, USB slots. Connect wirelessly to the internet. Sound quality, volume rates low. Need to use a sound bar or better to improve. Found a cat5 cable to the router stops drop wireless signals. Other than the small speakers this is an excellent TV.

I bought this Telly for my husband because of the voice activated feature. I had to go to our cable provider remote to get this Telly to work. The voice activation is a bad joke and there is no good way to change channels. You have to go thru all channels to get to what you want..starting with channel 2. The remote is absolutely useless. Ours is now disabled and the Telly works fine with the cable remote but this was a waste of $1300+. I had a Samsung that is every bit as good as the one I bought. My bad, as the kids say. I fell for the gimmicky features that do NOT work. I did try to return the Telly but was 3 days late. Sadly, I did not know there was a return by date. Long story short......this smart Tv is anything but smart and it has been a total waste of money. I am so disappointed in Samsung. This assures I shall NEVER again buy another product of any kind made by Samsung. Too bad Best Buy touted this telly. That also diminishes my opinion of Best Buy. Were it not for another $120 for their Geek Squad to come and tell us we needed to use our cable remote to work this thing we would still be struggling. So...thank you a gazillion times over for my particular "Geek" who is an amazing gentleman. We are now watching the new Telly.

Just a GREAT TV. Didn't need to read the owners manual too much because it was so easy to use. Referred to owners manual just to see all of its abilities.

I love my new TV! The picture quality is fantastic. Have not learned how to use everything yet, but I am working on it!

This television looks great in almost any room due to the brightscreen and sharp looks. Quick response time netflix and with the built in wifi, it can be connected to internet without running cable.

The Samsung 7100 tv series is a excellent, clarity, beautiful brightness tv. Access to the Internet and apps are a nice feature also.

The tv is great for watch 3d and blueray movie but batteries in the glasses don't last. The remote is tackie!
