Still very new, but have enjoyed the clear picture

Great TV but needs a sound bar

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it was time to replace our ten year old television set, we immediately went to Best Buy, armed with a list of desired features - as much as technically challenged senior citizens know. We took our salesperson's advice on every item and hired the Geek Squad for installation. The entire process went smoothly - on time, no surprises. Now I just have to figure out how to get my husband to turn HIS new TV off and leave his recliner!

Great next generation television

We did initially have an issue with the television turning on and off all night long. We checked the web site and were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. It was our outdated surge protector , once we replaced it, the problem was solved.

An extremely knowledgeable salesperson, willing to work with the customer, able to answer ANY question, patient and non-pressuring throughout the negotiations. A Well-Done! to this young man. Keep him. The Geek squad installation went extremely well. We couldn't have asked for a better setup experience from Chris Burke. We are thoroughly enjoying our new Home Theater setup. Thanks to all
