We like this TV for its amazing clarity. The Smart hub is very good tool to search applications etc. And with a in built processor, the processing speed is good.

Initially a decent picture on connection. I suppose I would have thought it was OK. But when the picture tuning was done by professionals, it just became remarkable. Now, it is absolutely fantastic. Better than being there in person. I had the installation done professionally, and that was a great decision. I've mentioned picture quality (now outstanding); but the addition of a great remote control, improved net access, and glorious sound have made this television an amazing source of entertainment. I used Interface A/V (Charlotte) for installation; if you want to see how good TV can be, get a professional to set it it up.

Love watching 3d movies on it, love the design of it, overall great tv.

The best thing is the picture quality, a close second is the Best Buy crew that saved me money buy having me "return it" and repurchase it at the sale price, and delivered/installed it. The smart portion of the TV has some problems with some apps but the blue tooth remote with voice recognition brings that grade back up. The sound is the weakest part of this TV. Almost any sound system would be an improvement over the built in, and good sound makes a huge difference in the viewing experience.

This is the 3rd Samsung HD Tv I've bought. One Plasma and 2 LEDs. To me I love the Samsung picture. It feels like it is almost live and I could reach out and touch the scene. Sound is good but we hooked up a sound bar to help. I haven't found any flaws yet with this TV.

I enjoy the size speed color sharpness and I like that it has 3D.

Upgraded from an old Panasonic Plasma, because I wanted a bigger picture without sacrificing more wall space. This TV definitely does the job in this respect. Not having owned a SmartTV before, I was only somewhat familiar with the features it would provide. Really definitely exceeded expecations in this regard, as there's a Samsung SmartTV app for the central media server we are using, so can directly hook into all centrally stored media content leveraging our media servers parental controls, category setup etc. Definitely a good decision to buy this TV.

We purchased this UN48H6400AFXZA in June of this year to replace a two year old Samsung UN46ES6100 with so many problems that after three new main boards it could still not be repaired. We went to the Best Buy store to buy anything but a Samsung. The sales person made a convincing argument that this must have been an anomaly since Samsung has a great record. We decided to accept that possibility and we bought this 48” Samsung. The picture was great. Fantastic color. Then, within 4 days the screen saver would come on while we were watching TV. The screen would go black and the Samsung logo would begin to dance on the screen. The only way to resolve the problem was to turn off the TV. Then the colors began to change randomly; now very dark, then quite normal. The people at BestBuy were very considerate and offered to replace the TV. The second TV, same model, also seemed fine at first. Within a week the entire bottom half of the screen was filled with a pink box and what should have been the screen image was condensed into the top half of the screen. We are now waiting for another replacement. It should be said that the people at BestBuy were very apologetic, and genuinely want to resolve the problem. It seems clear that Samsung has a real quality control issue.

Thanks BestBuy! This TV was easy to set up, programming was simple and directions were easy to understand. Even my techno-phobe hubby could do it. The remote is just a bit awkward in the hand, but not so bad that you can't get used to it. The buttons on the remote are not back-lit (my only complaint). I read some reviews of smart TV's being over-rated and not performing well, but have not seen that with this one. I have surfed the web without issue. Be aware that updates will stop whatever you are watching so do them during commercials! Picture is wonderful (haven't played much with the 3-D).

Amazing smart tv. Very easy to set up and navigate. Would give 5 stars but the remote would be better if it had numbers to change channels. Inconvenient to have to use the keyboard every time you want to change the channel.

Grandchildren loved it and used the glasses (adult) all the way through the movie. They are 7, 9 and 3. It was great watching them trying to reach the things that came out at them. The picture on regular TV and Blueray movies is incredible.

The picture is pristine even in a bright room. 3D is sharp, no trails. The smart features are quick and very simple to use.

Great television for the size, features and price!

I am really happy with this TV. Excellent Picture and sound is awsom. The 3D jumps right out at you. Many ways to operate the TV: Voice, Gesture, Remote etc.... Endless amount of apps. Very quick internet response. So much you can do with the TV, it will take some time to learn them all.
