We couldn't be happier with this tv. Great value and features for the price. My only complaint is the remote. It has a few nice features, but I don't like how it feels in my hand. The mute button on the side is terrible.

It was easy to setup and connected immediately to the Internet for firmware upgrade. Purchased a Samsung Web Cam STC-4000 for Skype and setup was okay. Picture quality is great but for some reason the webcam zooms in and out for no apparent reason, but that is not a TV issue.

Very good looking picture, you can notice a difference when you visit a friend's house then come back to this TV. Install was simple, but can take a while to get use to operating it and navigating the options. Haven't been successful attempting to share screens on samsung s4 or note 10.1.

The TV image quality is awesome, it is perfect for watching blu-ray movies. The only issue I find with it is that from time to time, although rarely, the wi-fi internet connection drops, even if it is working fine in other devices. For solving this you have to turn it off and on again.

Overall a good tv and features for the price. I have not yet tried the 3D features but Netflix works great and the controls are intuitive enough for my small child to operate as well as for me. My chief complaint is the image quality -- people's faces seem a bit distorted on an image stretched to this size and it's not a huge screen compared to many. I think Samsung could have done a better job in addressing this. For sporting events and wide range watching (.eg. FIFA World Cup) it's great-- but when there's a close up of a person on the screen as in most prime time TV, the images are slightly distorted, even when viewing head on (not from the side). Overall a good TV for the price -- just be aware of its limitations and go in the store and view for yourself before buying.

Great picture,rear speakers limit reasonable listening levels at times.remote is all black which makes it hard to see functions in low light. All in all a 4 star rating.

This is a great tv with a crystal clear picture i love samsung tv's i have 4 of them

i have owned before samsung led tv and sony bravia led tv, both are great and comparable though sony is cheaper. i would go for these 2 products only

Bought this 48" Samsung to replace a 7 year old 46" Sony that started to get a little Flaky at times. It was time for an upgrade.
