sometimes the picture becomes dark &is hard to see

This tv is good for younger kids with good eyes lol. I prefer a more brighter picture which this one doesn't provide. I took it back to purchase another product.

YouTube sync with iPhone and iPad isnot function well. Every time you have to do it. Also, there is no app Supporting this model from Samsung

I want to connect a speaker system other than a Samsung brand, and it won't let me...

Nice samsung quality tv. Expect nice resloution and picture quality. Smarthub works great and netflix is hdtv. This tv is thin and light good for the bedroom may be a little small for a large living room.

Picture was Fuzzy at best and continue to have poor quality. I returned the product after 2 weeks of use

Unfortunately I have to return the tv. Every time I try to use the "smart hub" to access the apps, an error message comes on: "preparing tv, try again later." Defeats the purpose of a smart tv. I have read a bunch of tech sites and although the problem is common, very few have fix it.

I wouldn't recommend it, the smart tv feature is slow and laggy

This TV was not up to par. When I purchased the TV there was blue spots on the screen that never went away. I had to call Samsung but they couldn't repair it and it took almost 2 months before I got my money back. When I did get my refund I didn't purchase another Samsung tv.

Great picture, easy set up, and smart tv works great. Great price during Black Friday.

We bought 2 of these in December 2015. Within the first 6 months, we had to have warranty work done on one of them. Now, just outside of the one year warranty, the second one has completely stopped working.

Television emitted a plastic burning odor that permeated through out the house. Smell was coming out of the top vents and was strong. After a couple of days with no improvement, I returned the set.

I absolutely love this TV! The picture is razor sharp and the colors are punchy, if you want them to be with presets like natural and or dynamic. Choose the 'movie' preset with minor tweaks to have more natural colors. The sports mode is very nice when a sports game comes on the colors are even more vivid and the speakers provide a richer, fuller sound. The smart features and being able to connect to WiFi are great. I am very pleased with the build quality and picture this Samsung Smart HDTV provides. This is a great price and good for anyone not needing a 4K TV just yet.

This Tv has been getting worse since the day I bought it. The picture has lines in it and sometimes it has shadows of what's on tv. Picture is in and out but never one solid HD image.

I am a senior and a Grandma. I LOVE this TV. It was easy to put the stand on, easy to set up the WiFi, has a great picture and sound and am enjoying the Smart features and sites.

Audio was constantly out of sync with video on multiple channels rendering the TV unwatchable. TV Turned off spontaneously periodically. Had to return.

I had lot of expectations but its not up to the mark. The clarity was horrible while streaming netflix. Overall very bad experience.

I had the tv for 10 months and it went out due to it getting slightly hit on the side.

Not a good quality tv. It takes a while to connect to the wireless. It's terrible

TV shuts off and on by it's self. I've had it less than 2 yrs.
