Can't recommend this television more highly enough. Great color, contrast, and features. Smart TV is a great feature to have as well. Size is perfect for a bedroom; not too big to overcorwd your room but not too small where its not as enjoyable as your living room TV. If you're getting a 4K TV and have extra money, definitely go with the higher models as in sure the features and quality only become better. Otherwise, this one is a great value. Doesn't feel cheap.

This HD/48 TV produces a clear and better image in comparison with my 6 year old HD TV. The colors are also much more improved. Setting the TV up is very easy, and it is very easy to access to Netflix and others streaming venues. one of the things I like the most is that even for channels that are not HD, the image is still good. If you have a Blue Ray player , you will see other advantages too, like the screen size. Only Con in my view is that from an angle, the image is much worse than if you were in front of the TV.

I purchased this on a big sale, very satisfied with my purchase, great TV, great picture, easy set up. I attached a Samsung soundbar to it and it operates using my dish remote for volume control. Television has great color and was very easy to set up to wireless wifi. A very good product.

This is the first TV I purchased in a while. I did my research of product features and reviews before making the purchase. Let me start off with the TV setup. The unit arrived undamaged and it took only a couple of minutes to put it together, almost all of which was to attach the stand. After I got it hooked up it was pretty much just a matter of turning it on and letting it run through the DirecTV setup. After that I setup wireless Internet access and some personal preferences and I was done! It was the quickest and most seamless TV setup ever. The picture is amazing although most of what I watch is network television. And with 4k I will be ready for when the broadcast pictures are updaded from the current standard. About the only negative aspect I've found so far is that the built in speaker system isn't that great. I've tried adjusting the sound controls and its helped some. Finally, I bought the TV during Black Friday week and several weeks later Best Buy lowered the price by $100. I contacted customer service and they refunded the price difference without any hesitation. All in all it was a great buy and I would do it again now that I've had it for a month or so.

Bought this TV for its size and capabilities. Was looking for a large TV but not so big it engulfed the room. Picture is terrific and the smart capabilities make it just what we wanted. This was a smart purchase for us and its price was super.

I bought this TV for my parents. They love it! The picture is quality and it's a great size for their den. Color is wonderful, ease of use and HD picture. Superb quality for the price. Don't forget the HDMI cables!

The picture on this television is spectacular; bright, true to color, amazing. Adding to the greatness of this television, is the Smart Hub, with the availability to painlessly access everything hooked up to the television, with a recently accessed menu. Really like the ability to control my sound bar, where I had to use the remote for my sound bar with my old television. The Roku has been moved to another television thanks to the built-in Hulu and Netflix. Haven't tried the surfing yet but plan on it soon.

This Samsung smart TV was easy to set up, very light weight and has a great picture. Very happy with the built in smart hub.

I had purchased the Samsung 48 Class Smart 4K Ultra HD TV after looking at a few different brands. I thought that this TV had the best picture and color then the other popular brands. This TV had better options/features and I can connect my android device with ease. Also, the price compared to the other models was in the middle and affordable. Great TV.

Overall, the SAMSUNG 48" UHD TV is great. It is made better with the SAMSUNG sound bar and woofer. The NETGEAR wireless router is the best. However, let's talk about your staff - primarily AHMED at the Rockwall, Texas store. This guy knows what he is doing. I was looking for a router, and your floor agent was super knowledgeable. We got to talking, and his personable style and comment about the sale of TVs was the closer. I went in for a router and got a whole lot more due to his knowledge.

the tv was good with clarity and the price range was affordable , works fine with the internet and the smart hub is better and responsive than that of the LG smart tv

This Samsung UHD TV showed a beautiful picture with vibrant color, but what surprised me was the quality of the sound system speakers in the set. The external sound system I had used was not needed to improve the sound I had been accustomed to with my previous TV. It was pleasing right out of the box. It was easy to connect to my router and use its SMART functions. I am truly delighted with the set and can recommend it to anyone who desires a 4K TV at a reasonable price.

I'm very impressed with all of the features this Smart tv has to offer. I recently review on u-tube how to build a computer from scratch. The presentation was outstanding. My little grandson watches nursery rhymes on u-tube. The tv connects easily with my Wi-Fi and allows me to access the web with no problems at all. I have not tried out the other features with this smart tv yet. Tried watching a dvd movie the other night. Could not believe how simple it was to operate. Once the dvd was placed in the player, the tv switched automatically to the dvd for viewing the movie. When finished with the dvd, upon removing the disc, the tv switched back to the channel we were watching earlier. I also hooked up our movie camera and played home movies on the tv. Worked flawlessly. Very pleased with the Smart TV.

I was going in to bestbuy to purchase a much smaller tv but was helped by a sales guy with this tv. I got it home and it was very easy to set up. Turned it on with no problems. I have to say the the picture is amazing. I added a blue ray player that I also purchased at bestbuy and I have the perfect setup now..

First off, I LOVE THIS TV!! I have always had problems with higher resolution TVs, causing headaches and such, until this one. The picture is extremely clear and smooth. The colors are also great! We love that we can access Netflix and other movie/TV apps, from the TV, without having to turn on another device. Also, when we do turn on something (Blu-Ray player, Computer, Game system), the TV automatically switches over to it. This is a great tv and well worth it!!

The picture quality is outstanding.The ease of setup is also very good.The smart hub allows for videos apps and Internet browsing. The WiFi speed is superb.

Purchased new Samsung 4K HD 48 inch tv and very pleased with the great picture, ease of use and overall performance. My last Samsung lasted 8 yrs which is exceptional for the pixel hd product. The mid size is perfect for the room space and store staff very helpful and delivery follow through very good

This TV is all that I hoped for. Picture , color . using smart features is easy. What more could you want?

After the last Samsung failed in 6 years, I was dubious, but after talking to the salesman in the TV area, I bought the SAMSUNG 48" LED TV. Beautiful picture, easy setup; however, no VGA input(for a PC or laptop), but used HDMI2 instead, used HDMI3 for Firestick. Sound is only so-so for UVerse programs, but excellent for NETFLIX and AMAZON movies/TV (don't understand why the difference). Will have to purchase a sound bar(ugh).

I bought this tv during the Black Friday sale and I'm very happy with it. I purchased it online on thanksgiving and was able to pick it up at the store in less than 24 hours. Pick up was so easy and they loaded it into my car for me. The screen is a very nice size for my room, picture quality is clear and the set up was easy. I will definitely be buying another Samsung smart tv and will be buying from Best Buy again.
