Waited several years to purchase another Samsung tv. And all I can say is.....I love it! The picture is great and the features are awesome and easy to use. Nice sleek futuristic look with the chrome stand that is very durable and scratch free. Kudos to Samsung design for this look. 4k is great!!! Very nice on YouTube and Netflix 4k videos. Setup is a breeze and doesnt take much time. The remote is the best accessory and it works on EVERYTHING. CONS: packaging-wish their boxes could be lifted up from the tv like Sony instead of having to lift the tv out of the box. Why not go the extra mile knowing one wrong move would destroy the tv and cause it to not be returnable to BB. SO BE CAREFUL!!! Its doable with 2 people but nerve wrecking for fear of cracking the screen. sound: I wish the sound had better quality. For the price, it could be better on the ears with a higher quality sound. Not everyone wants or needs a sound bar for basic listening. You can hear it, but with such a nice tv, Id expect more with the sound. if you're placing it in an open space and/or live in urban areas....get a sound bar. Outside of those, you'll love this tv. Im so stuck on Samsung and find it impossible to buy any other brand. :)

Very easy set up and I'm not very tech savvy. I had an older tv that I was replacing. so after I set this new one up, the color wasn't great, sound or picture. I went back to the store and he said to try this extra cord otherwise it's the tv & you'll have to bring it back. I'm very happy to say that the cord did the trick and it's a beautiful picture. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I'm not crazy about the silver frame around it, but other than that it's a nice tv-especially for the sale price.

I've only had the TV for 3 weeks. So far the image is very good, has a lot of apps, but its missing SlingTV, a roku device can fix this. As for the TV, so far so good. I have it mounted to the wall, it looks very sleek, i really like the Metal gray borders that wrap up the image very nicely. Very good TV for the money. I will certainly make an update once i've had a little bit more time to use this TV.

This TV is just beautiful. It has a nice, clear picture and is perfect for anyone who is a streamer (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube). Having the ability to switch between these apps and many more with ease makes this a great buy.

Great Budget TV. I purchase the tv for the bedroom. picture is decent, off angles aren't great. 4K look ok, HDR is decent for the budget and price, the Tizen software is user friendly and easy to navigate. Set up was easy, building the stand was a little tricky but not to hard to set up. Overall good budget tv from Samsung.

I bought this after a colleague highly recommended the 7000 series Samsung tvs with 4K, and I picked it up from the store instead of getting it delivered. The 50" is pretty big but maneuverable enough that I got it open by myself. The stand was a bit awkward to put on and the screws don't sit as flush as I'd like but it is mostly fine. The 'smart' system didn't want to connect to my wifi network at first but I got it working eventually, though I'm not using the apps on the tv itself (I'm using apps on my gaming console for things like Netflix instead). I had it in my living room but it surprisingly wasn't big enough to be clear across the room; the full effect required me to be closer, so now it's in my bedroom. The quality is amazing and I spent a full week just watching 4k YouTube cooking and nature clips because it was hypnotic. It's like there are no pixels, and now I want to buy another bigger version of this for my living room.

It's been over 7 years since I bought a TV and I work in the TV business lol! I did a lot of research as to what I might want to get and what I could afford. I ended up going from a 32'' HDTV to this 49'' 4K with HDR, getting an early Black Friday deal from Best Buy. I also grabbed a digital antenna, which gave me some very high quality broadcast stations in the Boston area. I also connected several streaming apps, such as YouTube and Vudu and the quality is amazing! I've never had a TV that looks like real life, but this is as close as I've ever seen.

We purchased this TV after returning a Visio that had a damaged screen. From start to finish, it was obvious this was a quality purchase. The packaging was very sturdy and set up was a piece of cake. The smart hub is wonderful and really enhances the viewing experience. The picture is stunning. Overall a very good value

Purchased this Samsung 4K HDTV with HDR to replace a 1080 LG TV smart TV. Beautiful picture....love almost everything about it except I thought I could download apps to the TV. It has some apps preloaded, however I wanted to download NHL.TV app and couldn't figure it out! Aside from that, I'm very happy with the TV.

Wonderful TV. Has great 4K UHD display and the sound/bass on this thing is AMAZING. Love the simplicity of the remote and ease of use to set up with my Xbox and DirecTv. 11/10. Only problem was TV was broken upon purchase but a quick trip back to Best Buy and they had me in and out with a replacement in 10 minutes!!

I bought this for my daughter because I got her the PlayStation 4 pro and the newer PlayStation VR that has HDR pass thru, this is one of the best priced TVs with HDR you’ll find. I’m an Oled person myself, but this was a really awesome gift for my daughter and she lives in a small place it’s perfect for her.

I have had several brands of TV and this brand and model has been the best. I have had top of the lines Sony tvs, Vizio tvs, and insignia tvs and this 4k TV takes the cakes. It has a universal remote plus you can play video games through the via game fly streaming. This is so far the best TV I have ever had.

I just moved into a new house and decided to upgrade my tv in my bedroom. I had an ancient Sony and wanted something affordable but big enough to see from my bed in my new giant master bedroom. This tv is perfect for that! Love the built in smart apps. Remote is super sleek and functional. Would buy another if I needed one! Picture quality is fantastic. Sound isn’t the best (must be at a high numerical volume to have audible sound). Doesn’t bother me in my quiet bedroom. If I had it in any other room it would probably get on my nerves but then again if it was in another room I would have some sort of audio system or sound bar. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my first 4k tv purchase and it was replacing a 14 year old Samsung tv that was in our bedroom that finally started losing its picture. Lasted a great amount of time considering I bought it as a floor model at circuit city when they were still opened. I purchased the 49 inch model. Takes a little bit of messing with the settings, although once we got it set up it has the best picture I've ever seen. My wife and I watched football last night on the tv and the clarity was AMAZING!! We have a 60 inch Samsung 1080p tv in the living room, although I can't wait to upgrade that one now to the 65 inch 4k tv possibly after the holidays or some point next year. My opinion is, if you are thinking about getting this tv, stop thinking about it and get it!! You will not be disappointed.

This TV provides a beautiful picture especially in conjunction with my Apple TV 4K and new HD Bluray player. Easy to set up and connect to everything. Had a couple of problems with the CEC function, but was able to clear those up with some research. I would buy again and would recommend.

Went to the store and they have the tv displayed. The picture was unbelievable. So I decided to go ahead and purchase the tv for my bedroom. It was easy to set up and the picture was as amazing as it was at the store.

I have had this tv for a few months now and have zero complaints. The color is crisp although, adjustments are a little tricky to do. The sound is plentiful for a small to medium size room. I use this tv to game on and watch movies, both of which turn out to look fantastic.

I have been enjoying my Samsung 4K UHDTV for a couple of weeks now, and I am impressed with the sharpness of the picture, and the smart TV features. Having cable, Apple TV and Blu-Ray players hooked in, and seeing the TV connecting to them seamlessly is a great feature.
