The color contrast and overall picture looks terrible. I can’t get it to look good and stay that way. I have to adjust it for EVERY program I watch. I’m going to return it, at this price point I should love my TV.

TV was 60hz .. 55 is 120 hz With no one connect box like the oled models. For the price paid for a top model I was disappointed. Bought a sony 900f .

Bought a new 4 k to replace my 11 year old Sony
You can’t really tell in the store but my old Sony is noticeably better than this new Samsung

Ended up returning. Wife hated the way the Samsung rendered the colors. The Sony x950g is a much better TV. Went with that.

Please note that I had to cancel the order since the scheduled appointment for installation was changed, the second attempt for installation the person never showed up or called to indicate he/she was behind schedule. Never heard back from Best Buy to reschedule, I had to reach out myself and they were not able to accommodate me, even made trip to local Best Buy to speak with a manager but was left to deal with a sales associate who did his best to assist me.
Very disappointed in Best Buy/Geek squad not willing to readjust installation schedule to fit my needs especially since the problem originated with Beat Buy.
