If your in the market for a new TV but are limited to space, this is the best one to get. Of course the picture is Excellent quality with the HDR upscaling and motion handling. The sound is great and also has blue tooth so you can connect your headphones. It also switches through the apps with ease and no lag. My fav part of the TV is the REMOTE. It controls my TV, PS4 Pro, Xbox & even my Verizon Fios TV One box.

This TV will not disappoint. The Q series has features that got me to buy this as well as the 43" Q60. Both TV's produce vivid colors and the menu system is fast as well as easy to use. I have no regrets of buying these TVs. I love the Ambient modes as well. I added a Sonos Playbar system to it and it just blows my mind how good the picture is as well as the sound. Really makes watching more immersive and exciting. I highly recommend the Q70.

I bought a Q60 series, big disappointment. That does not deserve to be at the bottom of Samsung's top end. Looked washed out, was rarely bright enough. Returned that for this Q70 series based on other reviews. This is far, far better. Brighter all the way around, colors jump out of this one. I'm picky and I did almost no adjusting.

I love this tv! The reason being it's so cheap compared to the other models. Its it's a great bedroom tv, and ambient mode is pretty neat. I will say that I heard it's a nightmare to calibrate from a youtuber, so (grain of salt). That being said I still think it's a great 4k tv with HDR.

The other new Samsung TV was struck by lightning, so we needed a quick replacement. Buying this model was a step down, but we are delighted with it! The HD detail is better, motion in the picture is great, the color and lighting are excellent, and the sound is high quality. And we added a Panamax surge protector! We highly recommend this TV.

Bought his TV since the QLED is supposed to be the brightest technology and I am putting it in a sunroom which has a lot of natural light. It has worked out great. I also love the new remotes from Samsung that have less buttons on than most. Love Samsung products and the price was also great at Best Buy.

I connected all his games and mounted the Samsung - 49" Class - LED - Q70 Series -Smart - 4K UHD TV with Chromecast with Google Apps is awesome, much faster and great picture quality, pulling all my Apps together is much easier to move and search for movies on my system.

Only had this for about a month or so, it's better than any other tv I've owned in the past. The colors are way more vibrant and the blacks are very black. Even the sound from the speakers is ok, but I usually use a soundbar. I've owned Samsung before and I hope this one lasts as long as they did.

The picture is so clear it's almost like you could step into the picture. Also, it is wonderful how you can download apps directly onto the Samsung QLED to watch the channels and movies you like without needing cable. I would highly recommend purchasing the Samsung QLED 49" Q70.

great tv had an LED before an glare caused problems this QLED is much better and picture is very, very good much brighter only problem is small remote control in black and very hard to use if you buy this tv look for a remote replacement they are out there.

Was looking for a good bedroom TV with 4K viewing + gaming support. This TV stood out on the storeroom floor, but unfortunately it has some very glaring omissions. For one, it doesn't support Dolby Vision, that's a big no-no when every other TV supports it from Sony to LG, heck even Vizio a cheaper brand supports it. So does Apple TV 4K and a host of other brands. And as far as gaming it only supports 60Hz refresh for this 49" size, although surprisingly the bigger sizes 55", 65", 75" 82" all support 120Hz. Also, and just as important, this 49" model doesn't support FreeSync 2 support!! Only the bigger models 55" and up support Variable Refresh Rate (aka FreeSync 2) which is what all the new consoles including the Playstation 5 will support for butter smooth gameplay. So even tho this TV pops in person, when taken into account all the missing features its bigger sizes have, this TV gets a 3-star rating from me.

Really didn't need a new TV, however, started seeing multiple black Friday advertisements and decided to look. Very happy with the picture, ease of use-can access streaming services seamlessly right from the remote. Would highly recommend

Easy set up. 4K hdr content looks fabulous. Smart tv functions consistent and well as with other Samsung 4K units. Ambient mode is a great feature - flexible options to display pictures or Art when the TV function is not running.

Great picture and installers did a good job installing TV above fireplace. However, we need help using the remote that came with the TV. I will have to contact Total Tech Support for more information/instructions.

Crisp clear picture, bright colors, what more could you ask for? Easy to customize and simple understandable controls allow you to make it work as you like. My wife just loves it!

This TV is expensive for what you get, but at 49" there's nothing with better image quality. I wish that it included all of the HDR formats, but again options are pretty limited for high-end sets at 49". I'm using this TV as a computer monitor, and it's great for that purpose. I'd rather have a 43" set, but there are even fewer options for high-end sets at that size. I feel like this is the best compromise (55" on a desk is just way too big).

A beautiful television the picture quality is unbelievable. It was easy to set up and easy to use. I was able to figure out the settings without a problem. The remote was easy to use without relaying on the manual.

I replaced a nice plasma tv with this QLED and the picture is slightly better and using way less energy. The smart tv features have all the apps I use including Netflix, Hulu, Apple Tv, Prime video and xfinity stream to name just a few. The remote is minimalistic but includes everything you need. My only knock is that it is the most fragile of all the tvs that I have ever owned. The first tv shipped with a crack that took out 1/4 of the screen. The box comes with all sorts of warnings not to squeeze the screen and best buy even sent me a warning email. The second one I had checked by the Best Buy team before taking it home and I was on pins and needles til it got hung on the wall. It's quite a beauty once it's settled thought!

Great picture, plenty of HDMI ports. The HDR really makes everything pop whether gaming or watching films. My only gripe is that the interface is a bit clunky. Overall great 4K TV that won't break the bank.

This is a good TV. Set up was relatively easy after following the prompts. The Bixby feature was absolutely annoying as it would come on without being prompted. Samsung costumer Service was useless in helping me with the issue. I finally figured out how to disable it. Best Buy matched the lowest price I found on the TV.
