The Bixby Feature can be irritating by starting on its own without a command..it cuts off the sound and says "I'm Waiting"..go to settings and cut it off...no problem since.

Great picture quality, Almost too good in UHD. Easy assess to the apps. Samsung support is top notch. Had an app issue. Logged on and got a return call in less than 5 minutes.

The colors and clarity are so much better on this tv. We are glad we went with Samsung QLED instead of others we were considering.

Great TV- for what you get, pretty reasonably priced. Very clean picture. Sound is good even without an external system. Dropped a star because I disabled voice control, and the tv keeps prompting me to accept the voice control privacy waiver to activate it. Other than that, no complaints!

It’s a nice tv that works great and has great picture quality. I like how there are many apps that you can download on it.

I purchased this along with a Sony X950 and I really have enjoyed both of them The Sony is obviously nicer but this Samsung model is a great purchase value 5 stars

Crisp colors and good b/w balance, full picture to the edges. 49” fits great in our small room . Plenty of ports to plug into if needed. Only small annoyance is some flickering text during some commercials but not sure if it’s the tv or cable tv. Happy with purchase.

Great tv booming sound at least were i installed it in the kitchen,this model have more realistic colors and tons of options.

Great Led Tv, sound is great too. Wanted a Qled a little bigger then 43 and smaller then 55". The Samsung Q70 is 49" and perfect led. The quality is great.

Easy to use and great quality. Remote is tiny and comes with button hard coded at the bottom for next flux Hulu and prime. Wish you could customize those.

Very satisfied with the purchase of the 49 inch Samsung tv. The audio is very clear and the picture is perfect. I would definitely recommend this tv.

The tv has great colors, the sound is okay, and the controls are very snappy. I grabbed an open box model but everything I needed was included.

the colors popping out the screen are very good to see. very vibrant. love it! easy to set it up. you can use your smartphone to set it up too. very good!

I love Samsung TVs. Great picture and lightweight. We easily move it from the bedroom to the outside for football tailgating season.

bought as an open item for almost half price. No marks other than having no legs but not needed as I used a mount stand. Great picture.
