My wife is so happy about her new washer that she just cannot stop washing my clothes! On a more serious tone, the washer is really quiet and has little to no vibrations even on spin cycle. Clothes gets really clean. As a bonus, it will play a nice melody when complete.

I purchased the washer on sale. It was a great deal. Now that I've used it I realize how great it is. It doesn't have that bulky thing in the middle of the washer and it leaves more room for sheets and comforters. Its very silent when washing also. So far I am loving it.

Awesome washing machine! A little on the loud side when draining but otherwise no real complaints. Holds a ton of clothes but be careful about overfilling because they don't spin out very well when overfilling.

It is much quieter than my old brand. The washer tub is HUGE. It is probably 1.5 times the size of our old one and we noticed an immediate reduction in the number of loads we do. It is a little taller than my old one since the tub is so big. So far I really like it.

I've only had it 3 weeks! No complaints. It sure can hold a lot of clothes. I also brought his brother the dryer also a Samsung. They both are well worth the money. The only thing I have to get used to is , when I use liquid fabric softener the washer spin dries the clothes it kind of even takes the fabric softener smell with it. The advantage to that is less drying time in the dryer. Buy I recommend to use the medium spin cycle to keep some it the snuggle smell. But other than that it's neat. Washer is pretty quiet! Pick one up! ☝

I read all the reviews before buying because the price was so great. Absolutely love the machine. It’s so big and my clothes get so clean. I just can’t reach the bottom but who cares. The songs that it sings when the cycle is done are a cute touch too!

I've really pushed this washer to the limits. Threw in a king comforter, a full set of king size sheets, and a fleece tie blanket for a queen bed. All fit great. All came out clean. This machine is pretty quiet and the only time I really hear it running is the initial fill with water. Only had it about a month but it hasn't let me down. If you are shorter stature like myself then you may want to consider a step stool of some sorts to reach the socks at the bottom of the drum. At 5'3" I can reach but it's a big stretch.

Quiet, efficient. I like it because it senses the correct amount of water needed, based on the load size. It also uses less washing detergent. However, tub is deep, so you shorties need a stool or a "grabber" to retrieve clothes at the bottom.

We have had this washer for 3 months now and it has made life so easy with the large size. In our apt i used to do 6-8 loads of laundry a week! Now i fit all the towels in 1 load and all the clothes in 1 load. It runs pretty quiet. We like the many automatic settings. I never liked front load because you can never get a full load in because the clothes just fall right back out when loading. And the spin cycle knots the clothes up so bad that it ruins many clothing items. This top load doesn’t damage clothes and still get everything clean.

Looks sleek. It's fast and efficient and runs quietly. Top load is a better deal than GE front load, which lasted only 6 years, became moldy around the rim and almost started fire due to water leak. Love the price and Best Buy delivery and installation process.

It washes clothes, they come out clean. The washer can take a little long to get going initially, and it is deep so people with shorter arms might have trouble reaching the bottom of the unit. Other than that it's all good.

First time using the machine I put a laundry basket full of dirty laundry, I looked in and there was room for so much more! Everything comes out clean and bright. Wonderful with hand wash items etc. highly recommend!!

I do love my washer, however I never took account how deep the tub was, I actually have to use a step stool to grab my clothes. With that being said, I do love that my loads are cut in half because the tub is big and deep.

I have my office in my garage near my washer and I can make calls without even turning it off ... very quiet and cleans my clothes very well

We got this and its companion dryer on clearance, and what a steal! The bin is enormous. It's super quiet (even with the main floor installation). The settings are easy to figure out. If you do get this and have never owned a High Efficiency ("He") appliance before, make sure to use He detergent and softener (~2 tablespoons will usually do), and let the unit determine for itself the amount of water.

Great size drum for big loads. Machine is very quiet. This is also a good looking machine and I also bought the matching dryer. The machine is tall... so not recommended for really short folks. Clothes smell fresh and clean and the detergent/softener storage bin is easy to use. Satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Was very impressed with the way my clothes were cleaned. I like the large capacity wash tub. The wash prompts are very easy to work with. I look forward to washing clothes for many years to come.

After having front load washers for the past decade and finding that the negatives outweighed the positives, at least in my experience, it was time to give the top loaders another chance. This machine looks sharp, and does a good job in getting my clothes clean. I work in an office environment so I can't say how well it would work if I were in the trades. For us, it works well. The only downside I can see is the drum depth is a problem for my Wife at 5'4". She needs a small step stool to reach the bottom of the drum. I am 5'-10", no problem. The capacity of this machine is fantastic. King size comforter, no problem, a dozen large pool towels after party, bring it on. I would say that the cycle times are longer than the front loaders and that is the only downside that weighs on my mind. Not having to deal with the gasket issues and smell from the front loaders is why I went this direction. Happy so far.

Really happy I made this purchase! Got tired of bending with my old front loader. This new top loader has enough space to easily wash compforters. Great choice.
