Purchased this machine to replace my top loading Samsung washing machine (top loaders continually break as they reach a few years of age due to the dampers (springs) that keep the tub up off of the motor - eventually the dampers weaken and break causing a full tub of laundry and water to just sit there - ugh). I love my new front loader machine!!! But BEWARE...after use, you MUST dry around the rubber gasket in the opening and make sure to absorb some water that settles in the bottom of the gasket AND keep the door open to air dry or you will end up with mildew/mold. I highly recommend this machine!

We are very pleased with this washing machine. Clothes are cleaned very well. It is much quieter and has very little vibration compared to the washer it replaced.

This washer and dryer set is excellent. We purchased a new LG set 5 years ago and was constantly having problems and when the washer finally quit working we purchased this new Samsung set and what a difference.

This washer has exceeded my expectations. Granted it's only been about 2 months but man it's fast and quiet. I had one of the original GE Duet's and had to go back to a standard top loaded because it was a pile. Not this Sansung!

We purchased this washer to replace our Kenmore Elite unit - it works even better and is even more practical for the amount of laundry we do - we use with a pedestal which makes it even easier to use.

I'm happy with the washer. I bought it in November 2017. If 5.0 is too big there is a 4.5 sized washer instead. Its my first time installing and was straight forward if you like working with your hands. I used braided steel hoses instead of the rubber hoses as the minimal standard to avoid burst hoses in the upstairs laundry room. The washer is ideal near bedrooms and has a larger load capacity compared to a top load agitator washer. It will take more time to wash thoroughly but overall is more efficient while being gentle and quiet. I used anti-vibration pads underneath the washer.

We have had this washing machine for 2 months, and love it. It is easy to use and extremely quiet. There are so many features of this washer that we've just started to use all it has.

This has to be the quietest machine I have ever owned.

Haven't yet used all possible settings, but so far impressed with the cleaning and size for large loads. My boys are impressed with the high RPM of the spin cycle, hahaha. Very quite and love the add an item door.

The extra door in front is so unnecessary. I like this machine BUT it takes 2Hrs 45min if you put your wash on sanitary (which is how I was my towels and sheets). I feel it’s excessive .

The Samsung washing machine was a little hard to get used to, but I am happy with it now. What I dislike about it the most is that you can not see thru the door to see if you added enough soap to see how the washing is going. Was concerned about not much water in the machine washing the clothes.

I though the addwash door would be a great feature, but it’s more trouble to clean than it is helpful. It is rare that I have to add a small article or clothing to the wash and when I do, the entire front door has to unlock to add to the wash. The addwash door is small. To use the smart feature, you have to spend more money to connect. And realistically, I wouldn’t use this feature often either. Overall, it’s a nice washer. I appreciate the sanitizing option since I have a pet.

I got this for a remodel to replace an LG front loader that is very good. I overall have been happy with the product although I find the mini door, just a gimmick as you still need to pause the cycle to add clothes. From that sense, it doesn't matter whether you open a small door or a big door.

I recently bought a house and I had to replace the old washer machine. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to buy this Samsung washer machine and I have no regrets. Excellent product. Quiet, do the job well, beautiful design, etc.. so far I have only good things to say about this product.

Compared to my previous washing machine, this washer hardly makes a sound. It's easy to program, just pick what type of items you're washing and it automatically selects the wash/rinse cycle.

Gets clothes nice and clean. Quiet. Pretty to look at. Nice option to add clothes after cycle has started.

this washer is huge....washes well and is quite. Don't really see the need for the extra little door, more of a nuisance than a help, something else that can possibly go wrong.

A wonderful machine with a large capacity to be able to wash pillows, comforters and any other bulky items AND you can add smaller items that you might have have forgotten.
