Loving my new Samsung washer and dryer. Not only do they clean and dry my clothes but it seems to be faster than I’m used to. The sleek design is awesome. The ease of operating is great. Love the preset options for the different loads of clothes I do. King size comforter was a success. Bonus when you link to smart things app and get messages when the load is done. Happy Customer!

This washer is huge. I can fit a king size comforter in with no problem. I purchased this washer to replace a Maytag brand that was about 20 years old. The past few years the vibration within it got so bad that it sounded like a jet plane taking off. I can’t believe how quiet this one is. It’s on the main floor near our bedroom. It’s compatible with the smart phone app which I didn’t use. It has so many features that it can be a little overwhelming on how to use some of them. Some you can adjust and some you can’t. Sometimes I think keeping it simple can be easier for everyone to use. Not just the computer savvy. Unfortunately I have to exchange this washer for a smaller one because the 5.0 does not fit in the allocated closet space. I hope the replacement is as quiet as this one is.

Best buy delivered it and put it right where I wanted it. Easy install. Machine works great. Clothes come very clean and the machine is quiet. This Washer is paired with matching dryer and the multi-connect is so convenient for my stacked units. This is a replacement unit because the bearings went bad in the first one but i thought I'd try again since i liked the first one so much. Samsung bought the unit back so that was nice. Unit was almost out of warranty though. Definitely grab the extended warranty if you can, they are pretty affordable from best buy and in my opinion washing machines get pretty abused.

It's just been one day since it is installed, but it already pleased me. I owned a GE washer before it, and comparatively this one is very silent. The alarm sound on it, many have complained about it, for me alarm is fine and I have no complaints with it. I think, good thing about technology in it is its minimalist design. A knob, a display, few touch buttons, that's it. I am yet to find a reason to use smart feature on this machine. I can't figure out. I mean, its a washer and I need to put clothes in it, so why I use my cell (unless in rare situation). I will keep my review live, and come back if I see any issue. Smart or not, it is working as designed. and with very expensive pedestal it looks much better.

Quick delivery and install, very easy to use. Fit great in our apartments designated laundry closet but large enough for big load of laundry. Really nice looking design.

I like the size. I can wash my big blankets. The clothes came out clean and it quiet.

This is washer the type of washer that I had in mind to get. With a clean and intuitive panel easy to work with, the programs are preset but still allow you to make adjustment without any fuss. Samsung did a nice job with the fit and finish you can see the quality on the outside, in the drum and even the back it is well put together. It’s a quiet machine, and while the manufacturer does not mention it the door is made of glass which help mitigate sound and reduce scratches. Other washers use plastic panel doors, which is fine but at it gives a sense of luxury.

Great product. Washes really efficiently and uses less water to wash more. We are a family of 7 with outdoor activities galore. Three of the fam are in grade school and get really grungy. This washer gets it clean! Another great Samsung product value is above the cost of the product. I waited till Black Friday and bought the matching dryer for my wife! Only thing that I didn't like was the reduced button interface. It was really confusing to learn at first and is a bit cumbersome cycling through the options until you get the cycle you want. This is minor in the grand scheme and may be beneficial to those with reduced dexterity.

I love it. Cleans the clothing well and also is very quiet. It fits a lot of clothing and clothing comes out looking new. I love that it has the steam clean feature

I love this washer!! It is not only beautiful to look at in the ivory color, but it works amazingly. I have had a few different washers in the past and this is by far the best. I can fit my entire California King comforter in there and it gets washed perfectly. Would recommend!

Excellent washer with a wealth of features. Still learning all the tricks but its not too loud and gets the clothes clean. Looks very atheisticly pleasing and the wife likes the front load option. You won't be disappointed with this unit

Very happy, easy to use works well. Both my teenage boys like it too.I bought this as an open box so it had a few a scratches on it. But I got a great deal.

It is quiet and gets the job done. I love how large it is inside and I love the many options in settings. I would definitely recommend purchasing it. Worth every penny spent!

Washer works great have not had any issues washer runs quiet

This washing machine is super quiet and cleans very well. You can connect to it via your phone and get notices for when its complete so that you dont leave your clothes in too long.

Great washer, takes less soap but powerful cleaning. App functionality is so so, but it does alert you. quality of washer is great and clothes are super clean.

This washing machine is really, really nice. I didn't know when I was purchasing it how nice it is. Like most electrical devices these days, I will never learn how to use all the many features. I didn't buy the washer and dryer set as I was replacing my washing machine only. I am, however, tempted to buy the matching dryer because you can operate it through the washing machine. I have only washed two loads of clothes so I really don't know anything beyond the basics. In a month or so, I hope to be getting my moneys worth by using some of the specialized settings.
