I searched for a new Washer for sometime, and I can say that I absolutely love my Washer. So Quite you can't hear a thing. The sleek look of the black with the rose gold is so nice.

Easy to use, I haven't had any problems at the moment, it leaves my clothes very clean.

This is my 3rd Samsung Washer/Dryer set purchase in my lifetime. My first set lasted 17 years. My 2nd set, which is in Ohio, was purchased in 2018, and only frustrating mention for that set is that the Washer seal holds water, so you have to make sure you pull the rubber seal up multiple times after wash to help drain the overage of water out of the seal and leave the door open to dry out. There is also flaking that has occurred around the access door on the front, like a chrome flaking off. For this Review of the Brushed Black: I was impressed that the rubber seal drainage problem was fixed, so no water build-up occurs in this model, BUT-the softener tray has NEVER dispensed correctly since my time of purchase, which was 2 years ago. I went into the store to ask about the issue, and they said it was a Samsung problem, as it must be a "lemon", but nothing has been done. The issue is, the softner does not dispense until AFTER the was is complete, so when cycle has ended, and front door is opened, THEN the softener dispenses out and onto the floor. I'm still trying to figure out how to get this issue resolved, as it is frustrating having to use strong ino-wash scents to help with the freshness and softness of the laundry.

So quiet. Larger capacity then the last Samsung front load we had, but takes up same space. And the brushed black finish with bronze trim is very nice look.

We bought this washer along with the matching electric dryer. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. The washer cleans very well while using less water. The integration with Alexa is a nice touch, it lets us know when a load has completed if we happen to be out of earshot of the end of cycle signal. There are so many nice features to this washer! On a side note, other reviews mentioned that it moves around during the spin cycle. We have not experienced that behavior - even while washing bulky items like king sized bedspreads. I highly recommend this washer.

Large capacity and easy to use. When the alarm goes off it’s super annoying luckily with the smart things app you can disable it and get notifications on your phone.
