I've had this dryer for about 90 days. Not only was it affordable, the removal and installation service was terrific! The washer has so many options, it works well, and I have no issues to report. It gets the job done and the brand is well-known! Don't look any further, make the purchase!

This Washer doesnt let me wash on cold water. I select Cold but as soon as cycle starts it switches itself to hot. Also motherboard just went out after not even 2 years. Samsung wont cover it.

Overall I have no complaints about this brand or it's ability to clean dirty laundry. Customers beware of clothes being cleaned and smelling like fresh air afterwards. If something goes wrong I will lower my rating until then I recommend this item.

Really nice washer. Cleans clothes extremely well and has a eco warm setting so you don’t use and much energy or hot water for your washing cycle. Best Buy team that installed it did a quick and excellent job.

The first machine smelled like urine and was unusable. It also tripped our breaker each time it was running. The second machine came broken and leaked water during the set up. Finally the third machine is working so far but I would not purchase this model again.
