For open box this thing has been great for months and will be getting another open box for the bedroom

Not as good as an AVR with surround and ATMOS but definitely good enough as a plug 'n play soundbar with a high end Samsung NEO-QLED w/ Q-Symphony. If AVR is not doable then this is the best alternative and bang for the buck!

Incredible sound quality. Setup with our Sony tv was a little quirky but once we got it setup we were blown away by the incredible depth of sound

This is an excellent soundbar. Has some great features and the sound is really terrific. I paired it with a Samsung 75" TV. I would highly recommend this soundbar.

Emersive sound! Definitely recommend this audio system to anyone. It is a bit on the pricier side but still the audio experience is good.

Have had it only a few hours and all I can say is WOW!. This is everything I was looking for. The clarity, bass, easy control, and pure good looks of the bar make it a perfect fit for me. The price was reduced $ 300, then I saw it on Samsung website for another $ 100 less, so I ended up getting a $ 1,000 premium soundbar for $410 off ( $ 10 in rewards added in ). The subwoofer is huge and a great addition to the bar. With 11 speakers and numerous sound arrays it's going to be movie night, every night.

Was between the Sonos and this, have a Samsung tv and the ability of the Q symphony made the deal for me. Surround shakes my house, amazing theater experience.

Works as advertised my wife and I have a bit of a hearing problem . Bought this to help us hear words better . It worked , not great but an improvement .

Excellent sound. Easily fills living room (20x25). Volume adjusts simply. Looks great mounted over TV.

I have been using a sonos beam for the last year or so and boy was this an upgrade. Super easy setup, crystal clear sound and the subwoofer is just powerful enough. This was a great buy without breaking the bank.

Got this one to replace a previous model after lightning fried it. I'm underwhelmed. The previous model was the same price and had twice the impact in comparison to this model. The Bluetooth does not reconnect after powering down the tv and soundbar. Takes away all the convenience. Tried using an optical cable and even with time correction in use, the tv audio and video are never in sync. Lightning fried the HDMI ARC so I have to use wifi to connect the soundbar and its more reliable than Bluetooth but not without issues.

Great if you can snatch it on a deal . Good enough for small living rooms you can add rear speakers as well ,

It sounds pretty good, but not as much surround as was hoping. Bass is pretty good. Might have to splurge and by the wireless rear speakers at some point for better surround.

The sound is amazing, crisp and clear! Looks great and makes you feel like you’re in the movie or show you are watching.
