I don’t believe I’m using to the fullest possible ways. I don’t use the Bluetooth accessibility or do I use the Alexa feature. But overall the sound is great easy to use once I figured it out.

Look for JBL speakers

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q850A Soundbar System which comes with a subwoofer and rear speaker kit. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the wireless description of the rear speakers.
Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where their soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit eliminates that hassle. Connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. One wire is required to connect each rear speaker to the wireless module. Then plug in the power cable to the module. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done via Wi-Fi through the wireless module, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room.

The issue was syncing it to my Samsung TV. I had to spend a couple hours on the phone with Samsung to get it figured out. Awesome sound once it was set up.

I don't even want to watch tv without it. The open box was in excellent condition and recommend looking for one to save a few hundred bucks.

Saying that Q-Symphony is great if you have a samsung television (20-21 models), it really makes a difference in the voice & pitch without using a equalizer. Both the sub & surround or rear speakers work well and have adjustable volume, the atmos is above average and sounds good as well. Last but not least, the sound bar is very good at doing all the rest samsung has come along way in the audio arena bravo, and keep up the good work.
