I've had no issues whatsoever, setup was simple, albeit to a Samsung QLED, so it was just plug and play. The Atmos is a nice feature, it also gets very loud and has great base response. If you game, playing with this system is fantastic, being engulfed in the action. Compared to other systems, such as mu JBL 5.1 soundbar/sub, which simulates the rear channels from the bar, it's night and day.

Rear speakers not really wireless

The rear speakers however were a disappointment. We were told the were wireless but they in fact need speaker cable run from speakers to a transmitter (instead of to the soundbar) so not really wireless at all. So the speakers remain uninstalled as i dont want to start making holes in my wall now.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q850A Soundbar System which comes with a subwoofer and rear speaker kit. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the wireless description of the rear speakers
Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where their soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit eliminates that hassle. Connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. One wire is required to connect each rear speaker to the wireless module. Then plug in the power cable to the module. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done via Wi-Fi through the wireless module, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room.

Only had it a few days and was kind of agonizing over the price (got it on sale) but it's worth every penny. The setup was a piece of cake even with the surround speaker having to be wired to a bluetooth connector. Haven't yet connected it to smart things but plan to so I can play music from my phone which will be nice with no wires. I can feel the bass when it's meant to be felt and am waiting for a good night to really dive into the 4k movies.

Arc, Amp, subwoofer, surrounds. This system holds its own against them. Setup wasn't as easy though.had a few areas where I was stuck. Surrounds are not too noticeable. Read it can be adjusted but haven't been able to find it(I wasn't trying very hard... And shouldn't have to). If you are on a budget this system will do the job.

The sound quality is awesome but when you're watching a Movie and the lips are not in sync with the audio, well let's just say it drives me insane. I have been on with Samsung Support multiple times, and they are baffled. I can sync it manually but having to do it on a daily basis is annoying to say the least. Last night I was on with Samsung support again and went through the resetting AGAIN of everything including the TV and Now the volume will jump from any db. to 18db all by itself. Support was absolutely no help and could not explain why this was happening. I reset the soundbar again and reset the remote, changed the batteries and still no good. So last night I just unplugged the soundbar and will deal with Best Buy Total Protection support and have them come see if they can fix it. And of course, it is now unreturnable as of 12/22/22. Figures!! Anyway, the only reason I am not giving a 1 Star is because the sound when using Bluetooth is great.

I like to feel the movie and this will do the job. My only complaint is the so called wireless speakers are not totally wireless, they are wireless from the front sound bar, but they have to be wired to the receiver in the rear, so you still have speaker Wires to deal with. But for price point I think this still deserves to be a 5 star buy,.
