Love this washer. Plenty of room to do all my laundry items. It’s also great to know exactly when the laundry will be ready.

Overall, I'm fairly happy with this washer, especially the smart features, like being able to control it through the app and notifications from Google Home like cycle complete. It's very water efficient, but some times I feel it doesn't use enough water. Samsung said that can be fixed by using a higher soil setting. The capacity is quite large to the point we're I'm doing 1/3 fewer loads to wash the same amount of laundry as my old washer.

Wow! My previous washer , also called an HE washer, made me hate HE washers. Thankfully, this new washer has shown me just how bad my old one was! I love how this tells me how long a load will take, how it pairs with my Samsung phone and watch- I get alerts when the washer or dryer is done! So many awesome options on this washer, too. I love this machine!

Cleans as good as expected and extremely quiet while running..great choice

I wasn't sure what to expect from Samsung, but so far I am impressed. There is a learning curve but once you figure out what works for your laundry process, the possibilities are endless. So many helpful features like quick wash, deep fill, your perfect combo of water temp, number of rinses, spin intensity, soil level. Your own custom laundry. Very cool.

So far so good. I had bought another brand without an agitator from Best Buy. I read reviews, picked it, and it was the most miserable 3 years of my life! Washing clothes was such a dreaded chore. It also broke twice in three years! The first time was 10 days after the warranty expired. Samsung washer is huge and SO quiet. I love it. So far. I AM leery to be completely happy because I don’t know how long it will work. My first washer lasted 25 years, never a repair..avocado green. Lol This is my 5th one in the last 27 years. My point is, the big selling pitch has been we need to conserve energy. That’s fine. But not if we don’t get quality merchandise. If it ends up in a landfill, that defeats the purpose of trying to be responsible. My review is pessimistic, but I just haven’t had it long enough to say it’s worth it. My stars are based on just several weeks of use, so beware. On a good note, Best Buy is so easy to order from & receive your merchandise. Kudos to them!

We have on this now for two months and it works. Awesome! Very large capacity that allows us to cut down on lots of smaller loads. It cleans very well. I also did lots of research on having an agitator or not. This seems to work very well so far.

I had to wait over a month just to get it because of it being on back order with so many people wanting the new color for the smart washer. It was definitely worth the wait it’s a good washer but you have to use deep fill especially on the kids clothes.

My washer quit working in the middle of raising a litter of pups and a washer is a must! I love, love this washer. Great capacity, easy to use. Great deal!

Great washer with many cycles including cleaning cycle that it automatically switches to when tub is dirty.

It is large enough to fit our king quilt and other items our old washer did not. I’ve had it for about a month and it’s been great so far. The only negative has been that it asks to run a sanitize cycle (takes an hour and a half) pretty often. I’d say every 10 cycle.
