Ive had my washer for a few weeks now and i love it. Its super quiet compaired to my old dinosaur. Seems like it washes good and i like the smart features. The drum is really deep i have a hard time reaching socks at the bottom! My only complaint is it was backordered after i ordered it so it took almost 2 months to get it. They canceled my order about a month in and i had to reorder it. I also had to make two separate 4hr trips to pick it and the matching dryer up.

Was looking for a machine with an agitator; found the one without would often get unbalanced and walk the floor. Also wanted an alarm when the cycle was done! This one is great; the machine chimes and alerts me on my cell. Saw reviews complaining about the chime; maybe their machine is running at night close to bedrooms? I specifically bought this for a notice of the cycle being done. Works great; water levels are super; options are clear and simple to use.

My wife loves the color of this washer. Very quiet and fits large loads. :)

This is the Tardis of washing machines: it’s bigger on the inside. This washes a lot of clothes at once, very well. Somehow it washes them gently, as if one-by-one, by hand. Is this magic, or simply way beyond any other washer I’ve ever used? Amazing!

I’ve been using this washer for several months now and I love it! It’s large enough to wash my comforters and it’s quiet running. I would recommend this washer especially for those who want to wash larger loads.

More features than I will ever use. It does everything that I need it to do and more. Beautiful color, I wanted something different since they are in their own room. Easy to use and they do a great job at cleaning clothes.

Love, love, love that this washing machine has an agitator. Not exactly like the old days, but so much better than the impeller washer. Washes large and small loads so well.

Have the matching set. Works great. They are quiet, efficient, very large wash capacity. A little deep of a reach but they all feel like that.

I mean, it's a washer. It serves it's purpose. Looks nice, matches my dryer. Nice and big inside. Im not a fan of these new washers that decide everything for you, but that's not a reflection of BestBuy. They delivered it on time and un perfect shape. Now where they really shine is with their delivery guys. Kiyelle and Tristan, wondeful guys. Absolute gems. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and so kind and personable. I hope the company knows what they have in these emoloyees and treats them accordingly.

This washing machine has a surprisingly large capacity and is quiet. It also connects via Bluetooth to the smart things app!

We needed a new washer so bad & did our research, found this one & it has been a Godsend!! It's so quiet, it stays balanced, has so much options for washing clothes (the old washer wouldn't stay balanced & was so loud. We had to literally hold it in place when it was spinning because the tub was falling apart. And even better, we can control the washer from our phone with an app!! I can be busy doing something in my bedroom & my phone will alert me that the washer is complete! Love this new washer. Now to get the matching dryer!

This Samsung top load washer w/agitator is awesome. It has a calibration mode once setup to self balance the tub which helps reduce vibration. The smart home integration is easy to do following the instructions. I used Google. That and wifi connection was easy to do. I get Google telling me "wash is complete" on my displays and speakers in house. You can also use cell phone, displays, tablet, laptop as a remote control of washer via smart things Samsung app. Really cool. The washer is very quiet when washing and spinning too. It's great. My last GE washer was sooo loud sounded like a jet plane, I hated that washer. Tried Maytag before Samsung and two Maytag washers came broken. Forget Maytag or Whirlpool as both made by same company. This Samsung washer has huge tub to wash even biggest comforters. Plus it has a deep fill capability to add more water since HE nowadays uses so little. Really helps to wash thoroughly. You will love this washer. Buy it.

My washer is perfect for whatever needs a good washing. I love the multipurpose wash cycles, like there’s a cycle for almost all things that’s machine washer safe. The look, the performance, everything about my new Samsung washer and dryer set is just what I was looking for. Most people’s favorite feature might be how the clothes end up in the end but my main thing is that I got them “Black” I just wish getting them black just wasn’t so much of a price difference but overall I love my washer n dryer.

Nice functional machine with good load capacity. Quiet compared to previous washers, but provides a nice tune letting you know the wash is done!

Sleek design. I love the large capacity because I can wash bedding without feeling like it is packed in. Has deep fill feature if you want more water and it works great. Nice agitator and doesn’t damage clothes. It moves the clothes around gently. Easy to operate all the features.

Fits a ton of laundry (not literally) and gives you plenty of wash options. Stays quiet, even during spin cycle.
