Here I am at midnight trying to still get the same load of clothes washed for the last 2 hours. Hate it! It’s supposed to be a higher end washer with bells and whistles, but it’s worthless. Constantly unbalanced regardless the load size. 2 t-shirts, unbalanced. Stops the whole machine and you won’t realize it until an hour later, only to fix the problem and find out it still has 58 minutes remaining. Sadly, the matching dryer is even worse than this!

It is actually fun to operate, and I rather enjoy the music it offers as signals. It does a thorough job of cleaning, using minimal amounts of energy, water, and products. The tub is a bit deep, and I sometimes need to use a reacher to get clothes from the bottom of the tub, but that's not a problem. I'm a 70 year-old male, by the way.

They are extremely quiet compared to my old ones. the washer holds a good amount of clothes. I have not used the sink portion of the unit yet but its nice to have it. My one complaint will be the lid it never wants to stay open while you are loading or unloading so if they could fix that issue it will get my 5th star.
