An unexpected problem resulted when the discharge hose was larger than previous washers. For our older home this resulted in a major reconfiguration.

So far I LOVE my new Samsung washer, It is quiet and I have not had any problems with it and would recommend it to other people looking for a new washer.

Very big drum can do almost twice the load our old one did. It is very deep so if your short you may have trouble getting socks out of the bottom.

Only issue is the top won’t stay up by itself to load washer. That stop me from giving it 5 stars. Love the self clean feature after several washes.

I love the top load over my front loader. Its hard to reach all the way in but still love it over the front loader. No more issues with mold.

Quite, easy to use. It is tall with a deep tub, if you are short you will be reaching. Very happy so far.

I like this product very much, I am just not used to it not using so much water, Just make sure that you don't use to much soap.

I would avoid this washing machine if I was you. I bought in November of 2017 as a set and haven't had any trouble with the dryer luckily. The washer is a different story. I am now on the end of week 7 of no washer. Problem 1 - The Ur code was given to me at least once a week. You MUST make sure that your clothes/towels/blankets are very evenly distributed around the tub. If not, when the spin cycle is reached, it will read that it is uneven and start pouring water back into the load and restart the rinse cycle. Problem 2 - I never felt like my clothes were truly clean. After about a month of owning this machine, my clothes never had that fresh laundry smell. I did cleaning cycles religiously hoping that would help the problem but it never did. Come to find out, this model has an issue with draining all water causing mold under the impeller. Talk about gross! Problem 3 - 7 weeks ago my washer started to back up gunk into the tub. Water would completely drain but black chunks (probably mold) and dirt stayed! All possible causes were checked out but the problem was never actually solved. The one thing I am semi-satisfied with is the extended warranty I bought. The parts needed to TRY and fix the problem were back ordered for over 30 days so GeekSquad is replacing the machine. Issue 1 - I bought this on a Black Friday sale, so I was told I will be expected to cover the difference of the current non-sale price. Issue 2 - I will now have mismatching washer and dryer. Not the end of the world, I understand, but when you spend almost $1,500 to have a nice matching set and its not your fault the machine broke, it's very aggravating.

It started making a weird sound when I wash my stuff now i dont know how to fix it overall it’s alright.
