After over 20 years it was time to retire my old washer and dryer. It took me what seems like forever to find the right set, that would meet my personal needs. Samsung exceeded my expectations and even now, I’m still discovering additional features that makes doing laundry quick and easy. I love the level of intelligence put into both washer and dryer. I’m very pleased with the look and exceptional performance of the two.

Nice looking large capacity cuts down on many washed can hold a lot more. King size blankets are no problem

I found this washer to be very efficient and easy to use. I like the song it plays after the load is finished. The inside of the washer is pretty deep and I have to tiptoe to get all of the clothes out and I am 5'5". Excellent washer for the price.

This product was purchased as a replacement to a defective Samsung model - the model where the lid could blow off during a cycle - and thus far this one has performed much better. It is runs much quieter and seems to function much more smoothly.

I love it!! The inside is HUGE!! Ive had an LG frint loader dor years and this top loader is so much better

I wanted to set a My Cycle feature for washing a very small load of delicates for 10 minutes including the rinse and spin. You cannot adjust the time. You can adjust the water temperature, the speed of the spin, and the soil level but the machine will set the time for approximately a 30 minute wash. Other than that, the machine is great. It is so quiet that I can't even hear the chime at the end of a load.

Bought as replacement for recalled machine. Has a deeper drum and spin cycle is a little louder than recalled washer. Clothes come out very clean. I like the Deep Clean setting for towels and loads that require extra water.
