Love this washer. It has so much capacity that you nees a step stool to reach the bottom of the drum. Im only 5' 8" so yeah im short. The functions are great. It weighs your load and determines most settings itself. Washes great, was a great deal too. Definitely reccomend it.

After over 20 years it was time to retire my old washer and dryer. It took me what seems like forever to find the right set, that would meet my personal needs. Samsung exceeded my expectations and even now, I’m still discovering additional features that makes doing laundry quick and easy. I love the level of intelligence put into both washer and dryer. I’m very pleased with the look and exceptional performance of the two.

I found this washer to be very efficient and easy to use. I like the song it plays after the load is finished. The inside of the washer is pretty deep and I have to tiptoe to get all of the clothes out and I am 5'5". Excellent washer for the price.

Nice looking large capacity cuts down on many washed can hold a lot more. King size blankets are no problem

I wanted to set a My Cycle feature for washing a very small load of delicates for 10 minutes including the rinse and spin. You cannot adjust the time. You can adjust the water temperature, the speed of the spin, and the soil level but the machine will set the time for approximately a 30 minute wash. Other than that, the machine is great. It is so quiet that I can't even hear the chime at the end of a load.

It was a challenge to find the correct settings to wash my laundry. It took me about 2 weeks to find the setting needed to have ckean clothes and the washer to spin correctly. It isn't as important as they make it out, to place your items in the washer correctly. Finding the right water level and spin together is what matters. I now just dump my towels in with a blanket and choose the my setting setting and it washes and spins perfectly. The washer is huge, i wash a king comforter in it. You must put soap in for every load. My daughter loves the wash by hand tub on top. There is absolutely plenty of water that fills the tub to wash the laundry on the setting i use. Yes i reccomend. I also just purchased a maytag a year ago, for my old house, and i think i like the samsung way better and it was considerably less expensive!

This product was purchased as a replacement to a defective Samsung model - the model where the lid could blow off during a cycle - and thus far this one has performed much better. It is runs much quieter and seems to function much more smoothly.
