The Samsung all-in-one is so easy and convenient to use, I actually look forward to doing the laundry now. No more soggy smelly clothes because they weren’t dried right away. The all-in-one takes care of it for me. It fit perfectly in the same space I had for my stackable washer and dryer previously. The drum capacity actually seems much larger than my previous unit, also a Samsung. I noticed right away that although I was using the same detergent and fabric softener, my clothes felt and smelled better. Towels are fluffier, and my whites look brighter. Putting a load of laundry in at bedtime is my standard now… and I wake up to clean, dry clothes. The automatic detergent and softener injection saves me tons of mess, too. It adds exactly the right amounts for the weight of the clothes instead of me guessing how much I should add. Oh… and the lint filter practically cleans itself! Instead of me having to pick the lint out of a screen, the lint easily slides out with a single pull. Great capacity, quiet operation and clean, dry clothes. A real winner in my book! BTW the Samsung app was able to connect directly to my local utility information so I know how much energy was used with each wash and how much it cost in electricity use. Sweet!

I recently purchased the Samsung 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Vented Smart All-In-One Washer/Electric Dryer Combo with AI Home in Brushed Black, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision. First, the design is absolutely stunning. The Brushed Black finish gives it a modern, premium look that really elevates the space. It doesn’t just feel like an appliance — it feels like part of the home’s aesthetic. Performance-wise, it has exceeded my expectations. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is spacious enough to handle large loads, including bulky bedding, without any issues. The all-in-one washer/dryer combo is incredibly convenient — being able to wash and dry in one machine saves so much time and effort. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and thoroughly dry. The AI features are also impressive. The machine automatically adjusts settings based on the load, which makes laundry simple and worry-free. The smart connectivity and AI Home integration make it easy to monitor and control cycles from anywhere.

I absolutely love this all-in-one washer/dryer. It has been a total game-changer and saves me so much time. I don’t have to worry about switching clothes between machines — everything happens in the same place, which makes laundry so much easier. The smart features are amazing. I can control everything from the app: start or pause the cycle, see how much time is left, and get notifications. I highly recommend getting the ventless version — the team at the store told me it dries faster, and it’s true. It’s very efficient. It even has the option to play Spotify and YouTube, which at first made me wonder why, but honestly I love it — it’s a fun extra feature while I’m doing chores. For the price, it’s an incredible upgrade. Fast-wash cycles, great drying power, and zero hassle. I definitely recommend it!

Great machine. We purchased after our GE Profile, owned only 11 months, couldn't be fixed. Wish we had purchased this one originally. Looks like the problem was the ventless issue on the GE, so we went with the vented model this time. If you have a small laundry area as we do, you will have an issue with any ventless machine. Stay away from ventless. The Samsung is super quiet, sends you notices on your TV screen to let you know laundry is done. Cleaning the filter is way easier compared to the GE. This is a great washer dryer combo and I'm hoping will last more than 1 year. Definitely get at least a 2 year warranty when buying. When the laundry is done, the door will open itself. Took 2 loads to figure that out. I thought my husband had opened it, and then it happened again. I asked him and he said he had not. So unless it was the dog or a ghost, it opens itself. Great feature because it eliminates musty smell. Another fun feature, it connects to your Samsung account, if you have one. I haven't explored enough yet, but I'm sure it does other fun things as well. I do not see an accumulation of pet or human hair on rubber seal which is amazing, since we did experience that with the GE. It dries better than the GE, but could use improvement. It could be I haven't learned yet how to set the drying part properly. Overall I recommend this combo W/D and also the stand for under the unit. It has storage space, which is great for small spaces, and helps from having to bend too low to remove clothes. Saves your back, especially if you are older.

This is a great product! I would change how well it dries bulkier items though. Maybe I haven’t learned the perfect recipe yet, but so far it’s great! I also love how much space it frees up in my laundry room!

Works great. I was skeptical about an all in one unit because i wasnt sure how well it would dry things. My family hasnt had a single issue with this one except for once or twice when we were trying to wash a single pillow by it self. The pillow wouldnt dry until we put a towel in with it to keep it moving around in the drum. Over all great product.

Honestly I am glad there was a VENTED option. It’s smart, saves space, and energy. I don’t miss transferring wet clothes from washer to dryer. It’s drys like it’s supposed to. It’s a good buy. Now we can put a deep freezer in that extra free space. WIN WIN!

Wrinkle Prevent: Keeps clothes from sitting still for too long after the cycle finishes. Cycle completion notification: It lets you know when the laundry is finished, so you don’t have to keep checking. Automatic door opening: The door opens automatically when the cycle is done, which helps with airflow and makes it easier to move clothes out. Automatic detergent/softener dispensing: It measures the amount needed based on the load instead of using the same amount every time. Weighing the clothes: The machine detects the load size and adjusts how much detergent/softener and resources it uses, which helps avoid wasting them on smaller loads.

We love our new Samsung Bespoke AI washer/dryer combo! It has been amazing. Does a great job cleaning and drying everything! I will often start a load late at night because I need something for the next day that isn’t clean. I used to have to wait for our washing machine to finish so I could throw everything in the dryer before going to bed, now I can start the cycle and gain an hour of sleep! We also used to forget something had run in the washer sometimes and the next day we’d have to re-wash everything because it would have a mildew like smell, no more with this bad boy! For us it has been everything we hoped and more, love it!

It was easily one of the best purchases we've made. We switched from a stacked unit to this unit, so we had more room for storage. It's such a game-changer now that it is VENTED and alerts us when it's done on all household items. No more forgetting clothes and having to rewash anything. We are a four-person family (with a toddler and baby), and it handles everything easily, including bedding.

We love the Washer/dryer it’s fast and very quiet. We love it.

I love Samsung products for their look and ease of use. Bestbuy backs with awesome service

This is our 1st time having something this nice and really convenient. The Dryer is good, but it could be better of course. Before buyung please measure your space!

Best machine I ever purchased. I have had GE appliances for such a long time, but this one really is the best.

I was skeptical at first about a 2 in 1 unit. The AI function has not failed my expectations so far.

The unit itself is awesome! I truly love it and can’t see how I’ve done without it for so long!! The features, just everything about it is great. You can choose wash or dry only and it works so well. My clothes seem the cleanest they’ve ever been, even the ones I’ve had for a while. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because it as dented in the back. They called me from the warehouse stating I’d get a $250 credit for the damage. Also was told this upon delivery. However, when I called to receive the credit, I was only offered a $150 gift card. A company’s word is their bond and for that, Best Buy failed miserably. I will not make another large purchase from Best Buy again for this reason and will tell anyone I know about their shoddy business practices. Shame on you for that!

A washer/dryer combo would not have been my first choice, but I needed a large capacity washer and dryer that fit a relatively small space. This ended up being the best option. So far I've been very happy with it. It's quiet and cleans clothes well. It handles bulky items like large dog beds well. It does struggle to dry loads of mixed weight fabrics fully. Often jeans and other heavy weight fabrics are slightly damp. It is also annoying to remove or adjust items mid drying cycle because the machine keeps the door locked to run a "cool" cycle after the dryer is paused.

I keep reading negative reviews stating to avoid Samsung appliances. However, this appliance has been wonderful! It's easy to use even though it has a lot of AI features. Choose the cycle and voila, the washer does everything else. The all in one combo is extremely good as it saves space and time. I was a little skeptical about the drying capabilities from the ventless option so I choose the vented one. The vented one dries my clothes perfectly as it doesn't leave any piece of clothing damp or wet. The unit is HEAVY so get the unit ship to you instead of picking it up. Trust me.

Love it. No more waiting to move the laundry to the dryer. Moreover, no more smelling laundry because you left it too long in the washing machine. The stagering is no longer possible but it is so much better to do a full cyle to drying. It is also a bigger drum so you can put more at the same time.

I absolutely love my Samsung Washer/Dryer unit. I works flawlessly, and I love that I can set the cycle to pause between wash and dry to add dryer sheets. I would definitely recommend this product and haven't had any issues at all. Although it's just one unit, it does seem like it's cut my laundry time down overall. Totally Satisfied!
