It was the worst day of my year when my old washer broke, and i had to drop a pile of cash on a new machine. but having this machine is the best thing that happened to me this year. im getting way more laundry done, with way less headache. clothes come out dryer, and cleaner, and having the machine auto-portion detergent is a god-send. no more leaving clothes in the machine too long. and the cherry on top is that its CHEAPER to run than my old machines, despite fitting 2x as many clothes. im saving on my utilities bill and saving a TON on detergrent. eventually this will pay for itself, as long as it lasts that long. fingers crossed. the downside is the overall size. luckily it JUST barely fits into my space. you'll see in the photo why i was very limited in my options

This is an amazing appliance. I took off one star because it is HEAVY. This unit only requires a 120v outlet and does not require a dryer vent...AMAZING. If you have a tight space and need to do laundry, this unit is it. You do not need to have someone install a 240v outlet meaning you can free up a circuit or 2 in your panel. I installed a surge protected outlet to increase the protection of this amazing appliance from electrical gremlins. I just simply cannot get over the fact that I free up space in my laundry but more so, I can start a load of wash and go shopping and come home to dry laundry without doing a wet transfer to another appliance. While some cycles are longer than the usual 2-appliance process, taking out the need for additional hookups, a second appliance, an exhaust vent that lets cold air in during winter, it's a win, win, win, win, win. The unit is so quiet that you can leave the laundry door open and not even know it's running. When it dries, the unit barely gets warmer than the temperature in the room and it does not vent humidity out into the space either. Note: the drain hose is roughly 1" diameter meaning your drain connection will require a grommet to seal it...aside from weight, the smaller drain hose is the only con I have at this point. It is truly an amazing machine. It has an infinite number of cycle choices and can even be paused from your phone...why? I do not know but you can monitor your wash and be notified of any issues etc. heck, it can even play music for you via app, tell you weather by asking BIXBY and more. I picked up the machine and installed it myself with brute strength and highly recommend that everyone should pay for appliance delivery 110%.

2 months in and couldn’t be happier. I had a heat pump unit about 8 years ago that was junk… this is not that. Cloths come out warm like a vented dryer but way less energy. The auto door open is clever and effective. No more forgetting to switch laundry. Its very quiet. Not sure why some people say its noisy. The lint mesh is easy to clean with a handheld vacuum. The different cycles are great and the steam settings really work. I love the auto detergent and softener dispenser—so easy! Just put the cloths in, push start, and 3-4 hours later you have fresh dry cloths. Also its just gorgeous. You'll give your friends appliance envy for sure.

This has been a game changer to our life. I was skeptical at first, however after three months of operating this machine we found it to be energy saving simple to use saves time and cleans the clothes with no issues. We have three boys and our soil is very difficult to wash out because of the high iron content. The machine is quiet and smart. We opted for the delivery option and happy we did. They brought it upstairs for us. They made sure that they had disconnected the drum shipping bolts, polite and professional. The whole experience has been outstanding. Also important to note the 5.3 cu size is perfect for a family of three or five. Love it !!

We were surprised to here that someone had come out with a machine that washed and dried without transferring the clothes. I was skeptical at first when I heard it didn’t use a dryer vent and ran on 120v instead of 240v like a regular dryer does, I was afraid it wouldn’t dry the clothes very well. To my surprise, it washes and dries great. It does take a long time to run a full wash and dry cycle, 3-5 hours, but since you don’t have to transfer the clothes it’s no problem because you can run it when you go to bed, it’s also very quiet, or when you leave for work and the clothes are done when you wake up or get home from work. It also has detergent and fabric softener storage tanks that dispenses automatically. Its super easy to operate and has wifi connection to an app on your phone so you can see what the washer is doing. Would definitely recommend this machine, pricey but worth the money if it holds up well. I would recommend getting the protection plan for it though just because of past experiences we’ve had with these electronically controlled appliances these days. I would also recommend getting the base for it to sit on because you would have to bend over a lot to put the detergent and fabric softener in the storage tanks since they are at the bottom of the machine near the floor.

overall its been really easy to use. some cycles that are programed take a little longer than other. Its incredibly efficient, no hook up for the dryer. Love the fact you can see it on your phone. you can customize its washing cycles for certain cloths or even sheets. Love the fact you don't have to keep adding soap dispenser to it The only down side it doesn't have the stand

I’ve been using the Samsung All-in-One machine for a while now and I’m very satisfied with its performance. So far it is reliable, efficient, and user-friendly. The setup was straightforward, and i love how it made my washing and drying experience simpler! The machine works seamlessly with the app and our wifi and i love how it alerts us when it is all done and dry. Definitely a solid choice for our family.

This washer dryer is Incredible. Large capacity. Simple to use. Load and walk away come back to clean and dry clothes. Very pleased. I was even able to clean a large ruggable carpet. I automatically added the time need to make sure it was dry.

What is Machine? My wife and I used to fight over who is going to change the laundry and whether or not we had time to do laundry and put it in the dryer before having to go run errands or go to bed now we just set it and forget it. It works amazing.

So , if you are in a no natural gas and no 220v situation this is the product for you. Not to mention the ventless dryer or AI functions . This unit monitors your water and energy usage monthly . Automatic soap and fabric softener dispensers . The interactive capabilities are cute and convenient with web browser, weather . YouTube Spotify etc etc . You can hook up your ring doorbell system to the unit and start and monitor the wash/dry cycle bis the Samsung app . I named my unit Mr Bubbles . Cons : it does take some time to dry but the convenience well out weighs this in my opinion. Being a bachelor small to med size loads is well efficient and the unit has and Eco cold setting I use the most . Would this wash/dry all in one take the punch of of a four person family ?? (Not likely) But this is the dawn of AI appliances and applications I'm totally satisfied with my purchase .

We bought this with the expensive matching pedestal, which raises the height of the door substantially. (I have kicked myself for years for cheaping out on this with my last washing machine!) The unit gets the clothes clean (as you would expect) and quite dry (which is an issue with other brands of combos). We left the default "auto door open" setting, which probably contributes to the dryness. In the three months we have owned it, we have not had any problems. We are very disciplined about cleaning the lint filter every time (absolutely necessary!), and really appreciate that this does not make a linty mess on the outside of the house, like our vented dryer did. We spent considerable time shopping for this, and are completely satisfied with our choice. The most surprising thing about it is that, between not needing to shift clothes to the dryer, and having automatic detergent dispensers, it is extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

Washes and drys great and clothes comes out smelling amazing and nice and clean only draw back is that it does take a lot longer then a normal wash and dry schedule so you have to get used to it

Since day one, this has been a game changer. Yes, it does take long, and it takes time to clean and drain it. I haven't had any issues. It works perfectly. The fact that i can set it and forget it is a bonus. I can now do laundry at night and just refresh in the morning. No more stinkey clothes left in the washer, no more waste of detergents. Why would i go back to basic. I dont have any of these issues others are complaining about. Its saving me money as my kids are notorious for leaving their clothes in the washers and not putting them in the dryer.

What a great concept been using it for a few months and it works fantastic not a fast cycling unit but works well and saves lots of space

I overall love this thing! Everything works fine except that there is an " unbalanced load style " rocking of the machine in the rinse/spin mode. Mind you the machine is level, the calibration has been run, the loads are small ( it does it with no load in there! Iv'e tested it. ) and YES THE DELIVERY BOLTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED! ( Samsung literally asked me 5 times on the phone call! ) Best Buy has been wonderful about exchanging it though and my second one is still doing this. Samsung came out and said that this is normal. No error message's though. However, I'm not convinced. After having washers for years, I've never had one rock back and forth like this! ( inside the unit, the whole cabinet does stay planted on the ground. ) If anyone else is having this issue, please say in your review . I can't find anything online! Other than that the machine is wonderful. Just remember what you are buying! Yes, it takes a long time to do a load! But, I get dry clothes at the end. This all in one machine is not for families that do a lot of laundry! I think this is meant for someone like me that is in a condo and can't install a 220 outlet or a vent for a dryer, and for that I do love it!

Had this washer dryer for several weeks, so far so good. It does take longer overall compared to traditional separate washer and dryer, but I tend to do laundry overnight so it is actually not a problem for me. I put the clothes in before bed set the cycle and set the end timer to be ready in the morning and it works out well. Plus going down to one appliance and no need for a dryer vent has really given me a lot of extra space in my cramped garage! Was able to add cabinet from IKEA that was the perfect size to have a nice flat work surface on top and provide much needed storage in the space that was taken up by a dryer.
