My washer/dryer is in the basement. As I've gotten older, I'm finding it more and more difficult to haul my laundry down the stairs and back up again. Plus, the basement is cold and there are days when it's too cold to safely operate the dryer. I was in another big box store and saw the all-in-one combos. Hmmm, I thought, this might fit in my large kitchen. I started researching these units and found the Samsung Bespoke AI 5.3 cu ft. unit. It had great reviews and was on sale at Best Buy. I asked my husband to check it out as he would be installing it, and he agreed this would be a good solution. We ordered the unit and it was delivered 12/28. My husband set it up on New Year's Day (amazing he was able to connect water lines and run a new drain in one day) and I did my first two loads last night. I am really impressed. Yes, it is very, very heavy and took some doing to move it around, but other than that, I am super pleased. It is so cool to be able to put in a load and let it go! Sure, it takes two hours or so, but if you figure my other pair would run 25-30 minutes for a wash and an hour to dry, it's not so bad. Plus, I can put in a load, leave the house to do errands, and my wash is done. I downloaded the app and that's even more amazing. I can put my clothes in as needed - kind of like a hamper - and then run it when it's full. I love this thing and highly recommend it.

This is a great washer-dryer combo with plenty of new features. One of the best parts is that it can be controlled from your phone, making laundry more convenient. Since it washes and dries in the same unit, there’s no need to transfer the load—definitely a time-saver!

I looked at the GE and LG models as well and did tons of resaearch before I made the descision to pick up the samsung. This thing is a beast, whisper quiet. I have done a few loads already, very happy with it. The idea of putting the clothes into a device and walk away until they are all done is very appealing I went from a set of washer/240v dryer to this set up. Space saver, 120 volts, no vent... Couldnt be happier.

I love my all-in-one washer/dryer! No more having to rewash laundry because I forgot to put it in the dryer! I bought it online, so I didn't realize how low the door would be. I advise buying a pedestal with it. I finally bought one but can't lift the heavy machine (318 pounds) up onto it.

Wash and go!!! Load, select cuclw, walk away, return to fold clean clothes. Another plus is space saver. First load took about 7.5 hours on AI cycle but after the software update to avail more cycle options cycle completion ranges from 2.5 hours to 5 hours. Washed 4 beach towels and 4 bath towels on towel cycle doen in 4 hours. Wash is clean and fluffy. Another feature I like is the soap and softener dispenser.

I’ve been using this washer and dryer combo for 5 months now, I highly recommand. It’s so easy to use, the screen works like your phone. The best part is, I throw my dirty clothes and get clean ones when I get back from work. It also notify me self cleaning, so smart. I recommand this to all of my friends now.

It took me a while to start using my AI Bespoke. BUT now that I am using it, I can't believe it took me so long to start. The fear of AI stuff was a little unsettling but after reading the manual several times and doing my first load, I will never go back to a separate washer and dryer. I gained extra space in my laundry room. This machine is so efficient. I love how easy it is to tailor my load needs. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Smart Combo and need extra space!

It’s a money and timesaver all in one. The quality wash to dry time is amazing. Oh wow and there is zero dryer vent is needed! Great YouTube, Ring camera and other app features. This washer dryer combination is very sturdy due to its size and coming in at a solid 317 pounds on the tare weight. It would be nice to have a pedestal for its size. Only con is no Pedestal is available at the moment but I’m thinking about purchasing another to put in place where the old dryer used to be. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We love it! No more “oh shoot the xyz is still in the washer”. Everything gets done. Now just need to figure out a feature to fold the clothes to. Only thing is when I bought the combo +pedestal on 2/10/25 and I still don’t have my pedestal.

So far so GREAT! I was able to easily add this into our basement. We have run two loads so far and my phone gets updated when the load is done. Clothes have been dry! My kids love the technology on this and I love that I can have them start their load in the morning before school and come home and put it away! Game Changer!

It work well 98 minutes normal wash, but could be longer and other modes. It really take most of stains out

This thing is awesome. If you’re the type to save your laundry for a certain day of the week, this unit is not for you. Works best when you do a load 1-2 times a day. It’s great not having a duct, 110 outlet, and the smart things app is very intuitive. Saves a ton of space but I do sometimes wish we had a second one for after trips or having company so we could do loads faster.

This has to be one of the best machines on the market! I can do a super speed wash and dry in an hour and a half. All clothes will smell great and be completely dry when done. I’d buy again if this were to ever go out!

Omg i put my clothes in select my setting. This machine us quiet, washes my clothes, dry my clothes and when its done. It wrinkle free. Love it.

This is how you save time and money!!Love this machine.. love it.. love it.. If you complain about cleaning lint filter cartridge, then you just telling me how lazy you are!

Definitely a step up to modernity. it takes the extra work of moving clothes to the dryer and of adding detergent.
