Only 3 loads in but unit has tons of functions. It has a spacious tub and is incredibly quiet. Transaction was incredibly easy and fast. Was an unused floor model but I am very pleased.

Thus washing machine is awsome, it smoothand quiet, and cleans everything well.

I love Lg products , i have found that all washing machines on the market today I’ll have good and bad reviews. Our LG washer of 15 years finally decided to go kaput and we bought the newer version of the LG and it seem like it was very loud. Then we decided to go with this Samsung pet washer. We love the way it looks very quiet, very smooth . I plan on buying the extended warranty just to be safe, 

Love the large capacity. Still getting use to all the cycles because they are labeled differently than my last washer. Only time will tell how durable the set is. I expect it to last a long time since I usually only do 2-3 loads a week. It is pretty deep and if you're short, you may have trouble getting the wash out! It is a beautiful set.

This is the most efficient working washer that I’ve ever had. I love the features and the large tub that will handle 2 comforters at once! The pet wash feature is wonderful if you have pets. A great washer worth the price!A++++!

This is a lot better than my last machine. I have a dog that sheds everywhere. It’s not perfect but it’s about 85% better than my last washing machine. What I like best is that it has filters inside. Which I thought was only available in Europe. Yes I would recommend this product.

Love this washer - was a little hesitant on the blue color when ordering online, but once it was all setup I loved how they looked. Pet Care Wash function has already made it worth the wait for me - it has taken out pet hair from a sweater in particular that I have never had any luck getting fur free from. The regular wash was even able to remove a stain from a shirt that two previous wash cycles in my old washer did not remove. I will admit those wash cycles take some time, and will also periodically fib on the time remaining - I watched it stick at 58 minutes remaining for around 10 minutes and then it stuck at 11 minutes for nearly 15 minutes - it went so long it led me to believe there was a problem during the last rinse. Aside from that currently minor bug, I'm loving it. The deep capacity is a life saver for super bulky blankets.

No limt on what this can handle it seems. Very customizable settings if desired. Pet hair wash setting and catcher are great and alot less hair goes into the dryer. Only inconvenience is how far down the bottom of the drum is. At 5'10 i have to stretch although shorter people in the house make it work without a stool.

No complaints in our limited time with this washer so far! It's easy to use, quiet, there is a setting for every time of fabric, and tons of room! The color is also very eye catching!

Love this washer !! I was hesitant to buy a washer with an impeller rather than agitator, but it definitely cleans as well and without destroying my clothes !! I have a large dog, cats and horses - lots of hair ! This washer does the job. I can clean Mattes saddle pads in it and they come out great (horse people will know what a big deal this is !) They do need to be folded and placed in the middle, as do the comforters. I have washed horse blankets also. Pet care does the job ! Water levels are adjustable - The deep fill is very deep. The normal wash cycle not so much so that the clothes rub against each other to clean. The rinse cycle seems to use more water to remove the soap. I have had this washer 3 months and so far it has held up to the tough loads. Definitely recommend !

Very efficient, size is great, display and features very nice and looks very good.

This washer is huge and it is washing anything I throw at it. The best part, it is able to pickup the fur from my super shred puppy.

I’m loving this washing machine! I feel like my clothes finally get clean. I don’t have a ton of pet hair but the removable vents always have a little something in them which makes me happy every time I clean them out. Plus I just love the navy color and think it’s the best.

Efficient due to its large capacity. I no longer have to worry about thick bed linen getting clean. Handles large clothing loads, which means for our family of four, we get laundry done quicker, paired with the matching dryer. No regrets purchasing this washer-dryer set.

I really like this machine. It is big and allows me to do less runs with all my pet blankets. The pet hair is capture in the filters. Love how it tells me it is time to run a clean cycle.
