A really great washing machine so far! It’s has many different types of component to wash clothes. Pretty quiet so far and works like a charm.

Extra large capacity, and Auto fabric softener and detergent dispenser

This washer looks great with the added dryer. The black with rose gold makes it stand out amongst everything else around the area. This washer has plenty of room inside to fit more than a week of clothes for one person. I love the app SmartThings that connects to this washer. The app let’s me know how long the washer has until it’s finished, shows me recipes that’ll be great for whatever I put in the washer, and I get a notification when it’s finished.

First few runs have been great with the new washer. Love the look of them and hope it continues running well woth no problems.

Setup process was quick and easy. Washer is great and the large capacity is a must have.

This product has been amazing thus far. I like that there is not an agitator which allows for larger loads. I also love that the door does not slam down and slowly lowers itself down. The clothes seem to get very clean. I have not used the auto dispense feature since I use pods so I cannot speak on that. The machine is sleek and is also an eye catching piece. The delivery and installation was fast and the geek squad crew did an amazing job and kept me informed.

I love Samsung. It works like magic. Good investment.

I love the large capacity of this washer. The auto detergent dispenser uses a lot less soap than I was using manually yet it still cleans and smells fresh. Reaching down into the bottom of the drum is a little challenging but it’s better than bending over and into the back of a front load.

It's big enough for a large queen or king comforter. I just have some concern that the scrubbing action seems mostly on the outside edge of the big blanket ball and it didn't seem to be very effective at turning the blanket in and out to scrub the whole surface area. Can't really comment if it did clean the whole surface or not since the blanket was not all that dirty to start with.

Great product. Very easy to use. I love the size of bucket. It is very convenient for a family of six.

Short ownership so far but we love it. The smart app is great and I really didn't think I'd want to use it but its nice. Notifies the phone or Samsung TV after you bring it onto your network and a very quick setup. Didn't think I'd care for the feature but its been a nice change of pace. This washer is HUGE on capacity. It was narrower and taller than our 20 year old unit but easily held 3x the capacity. We absolutely love it so far.

I love this machine! I love the large drum size. Makes it easy to do larger loads and doesn’t make the machine work hard. I also like that it senses the load size to dispense the water. One thing I wish is had, was a place to put pods, rather than throwing them in with the clothes. This is not Best Buy’s fault, but I wish I was given the owner manual when it was installed by their third-party vendor.

Easy to use. A ton of settings. I love that there is no agitator in the middle so more laundry can be done at once.

So far so good. Love all the smart features and the automatic dispenser for the detergents.
