Great appliance reasonably priced. Delivery by the Geek Squad was on time, well communicated, professional and during a snow storm. The oven has been everything we hoped for. The convection oven has taken a little bit to adjust to, but food cooks evenly. We love the warming features on the stovetop and oven.

My oven went to hell. For some reason nobody carries appliances on site anymore. The oven is wonderful and works super so far. What is the reason for the 4 and not a 5 is Best Buy couldn’t get a oven to Lansing or oleomargarine for over three weeks but could stock one in Grand Rapids in 4 days. So I drove to Grand Rapids. Sucked. Oven is great Best Buy isn’t.

I just bought this Samsung but so far it's been a great change from my 20 year old Kenmore range. I like the ease of cleaning the top without the electric spirals that caught food crumbs underneath and were a pain to pop up and clean around.

Very nice looking range, Because of the pandemic I bought it sight unseen as there were no models in the store and it had to be ordered. So I was pleased at how nice it is an fits into my kitchen and other appliance perfectly.

The unit is a very good looking unit, with a large oven for large meal items. We love the five burner top with the warming burner. Glad we saw this model and made the purchase.

Love the range. Never tried convection cooking or baking. I am SOLD. Love the convection oven and the ease in cleaning with the self clean and steam self clean.

Everything works very well on this range. It takes some time to get used to the different ways that it works but, in the end, it is really great.

I could not be happier! It started with a very pleasant, knowledgeable salesman who provided me with lots of information which helped me make the decision about which range would meet my needs. The delivery was perfect ... exactly on time, two very pleasant folks who demonstrated all the options on my new range before they left. Then came the real test ... preparing a meal! The range cooked my roast beef to perfection and having the warning burner allowed me to serve my meal hot and everything together! Like I said ... I couldn’t be happier! Thank you

Love this new stovem best I have ever owned. The convection oven is new to me but I am finding I love it. Fast even baking with no hot spots.

Love all things Samsung! This was a replacement for another brand. Controls are great. Heating elements are clearly marked on stove top. Easy way to recalibrate your oven as much as 35 degrees up or down. That seems to be an issue with all electric ranges. Love Samsung but don’t love their customer service so I always buy the service plan. Way worth it!

Great value at a great price, delivered quickly as promised. First time I owned a Samsung appliance and so far it works great.

Lowest price found at Best Buy. Only a few places that had appliance in stock. Was able to install the stove by myself.

Freaking awesome it heats up fast, retains and manages heat well. The oven is easy to use and is easy to clean

I like the spacious oven, but I don’t like the surface getting hot while I am using the oven. The cooking surface is adequate for my needs, no complaints!

Great size for handling a couple of things in oven. The controls are easy to navigate. I like the steam self clean feature and will use when a mess accumulates. The surface warmer is very handy and useful. I like the fast boil turbo mode for the surface burners. The convection bake is great for things like french fries and frozen fish. Not much to dislike.

This range was installed on 10/17/2020. Have only used a few times. Haven't had long enough to use all the features. To this point I love the range. Only thing I don't like is the cooktop is solid black & shows every speck of dirt. It is easy to clean though. Not a deterrent for me as most all ranges have the same black cooktop. I would recommend this range.

I am very pleased so far with the Samsung range. I think it may be on the low end of quality, but it has stood up so far. When I first received it, one of the kids scratched the cooktop. Or so I thought. I was really upset until I managed to clean it right off. I was VERY happy about that. I have used it for baking and my banana bread was finished baking a good 10 to 15 minutes sooner than my old oven. So I would say it is a keeper.

The stove in question was a replacement in a rental. The tenants LOVE the stove and all the amenities involved. The purchase, delivery, setup and hauling away of the old stove went very smoothly. We will continue to shop at Best Buy. Staff is much more knowledgeable and friendly that at Home Depot. Thank you all.
