Got this tv as a Black Friday sale. Picture is clear and now I can watch Netflix Amazon etc and we don't need a separate device. Very rarely I see some blurry spots during fast movements while watching sports but most of the time I can't notice in fact you really need to be looking for it so for me it's fine you don't need to watch the picture that closely anyway, I guess if you are worried about it just spend more and get the 120 refresh rate. For the amount I wanted to spend and the features I was looking for that is a very small trade off.

This by far has been one of the best purchases we have made for our home! The TV was purchased to replace our older model, which died on us suddenly. This product delivers great picture quality at a fair market price.

I like this product. The picture is clean and clear. It's not a perfect product but is a fairly good product at a fairly good price. I would say it is a good buy. Of course there are always better options and worse options. The Smart TV works fairly good but not perfect. The IPhone does not sync up or mirror and it is hit and miss with the chrome cast but chrome cast plugged into USB has been working the best. I may not have all of the options being utilized which would be an operator error and at no fault to the manufacture of the 'tele'. Overal fairly good deal.

Our old TV died several days before the Black Friday sale at Best Buy. I had every review available for this and other TV's that were available and we decided on this one. It has a clear picture, vivid colors and is very easy to install to our cable box. We recently added a new DVD player re received as a Christmas gift, and we just plugged in and viola', done! It's the best TV we have ever owned, and I have already recommended the same model and store to others! I couldn't be happier!

No other price can beat this 50 inches smart tv. It is very clear. Easy to use compatible to most smart devices.

Got this for my daughter's bedroom as she had a 24 inch screen for several years. We were looking for the 48 inch model but it was out of stock, so we went with the 50 inch. It's a little big for her small bedroom but the image is flawless and the sound is very good. Very easy set up and the controls are pretty intuitive, we could figure everything out in a few minutes after a quick look at the enclosed user guide. A very good buy, she is esctatic! :-)

Really like the large tv. The color is great/easy to operate. Set up only took minutes.

This TV was bought for resale (we offer a cord cutter service) because of the really great price on Black Friday. Small dealers like me cannot buy TVs wholesale and we have to grab the deals where we can. Because of this I buy QUALITY and this TV is that. Best Buy offers great services for businesses like ours and we are able to pass along really good deals to the folks who depend upon us.

Purchased this TV on Black Friday to replace an older model without smart features. Given the quality, I would've purchased at retail value.

I am not a very tech savvy person but I was able to set this TV very easily and when I had a question about it, I was able to contact Samsung directly through the TV. They called me back the same day and walked me through what I needed to do. They were very friendly and helpful and we are enjoying our new TV that easily connects us to Netflix, You Tube and Amazon.

I've had this TV for over a year and i would definitely buy this again. Beautiful picture, sound is perfect good size!

I picked this TV up on the Black Friday sale. It has replaced an LG that I loved, until I hooked this one up. The picture is super clear and the smart functions work flawlessly on this TV. Samsung has made a great product and I would not hesitate to purchase another! Do your self a favor if you are thinking about this TV, just do it!

I went to Best Buy on Black Friday and debated between several TVs. I ended up choosing this one and was a little disappointed. As a "smart" TV, I was expecting quicker responses by the apps on the TV and a larger variety. I was especially disappointed that Samsung does not have the ESPN app in particular. Also, when I turn the TV on, it takes a couple minutes to "prepare" the TV before I am able to open any of the apps it has. Finally, I've had some problems with the connection for YouTube, but none of the other video apps (like Netflix). On the plus side, I got a great deal on this TV for Black Friday and I am very happy with the side. Setting up the TV was very simple and easy and it's user friendly, though it can take some time if you need to type anything with only using a remote control. Most of the apps that are available run very well and I have not had any problems with them (besides YouTube). Overall, I like the quality of the TV, but am a little disappointed in the number and variety of apps available, particularly sports-related ones.

Samsung - 50 Class (49.5 Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black is a great TV for any room, however, we put this in our bedroom. We found the size perfect for lying in bed at night and watching. Great picture and nice crisp colors! The only thing I think they could improve on is the depth of the sound- not enough bass.

Purchased this TV for my bedroom, I recently purchased the 4kUHD 55" Samsung and was impressed with the picture quality so I wanted something similar for the bedroom. It was very easy to set-up, and connect to devices and the picture quality is excellent for being a step-down from the newer model, hardly any difference at all.

You are getting a great TV at a bargain price. Light weight and super picture. Cool running and easy to configure and use. One thing that really impressed me was the lack of on light while the TV is on. If the tv is on, we know it, and if it's off , we know it, so the tv only has a light during the transition from on to off.

Wonderful picture, easy setup. Sports mode button makes it easy to amp up picture for sports and other programs. Only has 2 hdmi inputs, which is a little bit of a bummer, also no power button, so don't lose the remote! Would recommend the next gen TV for an even better picture, but for the price ($299 blackfriday), it is a phenomenal value. ALWAYS choose Samsung!!

This was a great purchase for us. I had an Insignia TV that was only a few years old and the backlighting failed on one side of the TV. I looked at the Samsung that I am reviewing and was also comparing it to a Toshiba Roku TV of the same size. The Toshiba was a bit cheaper but I got the Samsung anyway because I have several Samsung devices that are compatible with the TV. My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy phones and I have a Galaxy tablet. The Screen Mirroring function is the coolest thing for showing off pictures and video content from our mobile devices. I didn't realize how cool and useful it would be until someone was visiting and I didn't have to sit shoulder to shoulder with them to share some content from my phone. I mirrored the phone to the TV and we sat and looked at pictures and videos for quite a while. I love this TV and am pleased with the Samsung brand in general. The one and only downside I found with this TV is that the stand feet are placed at the ends of the TV. This meant that TV placement was dependent on having a stand or table as big or wider than the TV itself. This was a little bit of a pain because I don't really want to wall mount it, so I had to get a table and swap it for the TV stand that we used with our last TV. Overall we love the new TV though.
