We love it! The picture is so clear and it makes it a real pleasure to watch our favorite programs or movies. Animal documentaries come in perfect and a person gets so much more out of them. Samsung is a very good brand of TV. The price was very reasonable as well. We haven't used all of the features yet, but we are extremely pleased with this purchase.

The 50" JU7100 is a great buy when on sale for $800 or less. It has good upscaling - cable tv, dvds and blu-rays all appear with great resolution. Contrast is good - whites are very bright; blacks are deep and uniform across the screen. Almost no blur when watching sports. Remote has point and click and voice control features. The One Connect Mini Box sends only one cable (7 ft long) to the TV - the box can be placed out of sight, hiding input and audio out cables. There is a slight loss of color saturation when viewing this set from an angle. Also, although the set has 3D capability, no 3D glasses are provided.

If I had to use one word to describe this TV, it would be that!! I started looking for a TV months before this purchase since I had no idea what I wanted. I was a little behind the times with a rear projection monstrosity. I had a limited budget, but decided I still wanted a 4k TV. Upon further inspection, just because it says 4k on the title does not guarantee great picture! You not only had to worry about lines of resolution, but number of panels and so forth. The TV I purchased was going to be for general use (movies, news, soap opera's, etc.) in a big room. After looking at Costco, Target, Walmart, Amazon and several other online shopping for TV's, I stumbled onto this TV at Best Buy as an open box purchase. I would have preferred 55", but I have found that 50" is just fine! I bought this TV for the incredible picture, but found it does so much more! It is a 3D TV, but even without the glasses, the picture is practically 3D when it is not in 3D mode! Believe it or not, the picture is so realistic it takes some getting used to!! The smart features of this TV is beyond compare: voice command, extra feature, sport mode (great for any sport), fast wireless connection, etc.. They all make this a TV that is not only great for the money, but a great deal compared to any $1500 and up TV out there! The hook up is easy and the owners manual is software on the TV itself, making any hook up issues a breeze. The sound is pretty good for a TV, but in order to make the viewing experience complete you will need to purchase a sound bar. When shopping for a TV, be sure to check this one out!!

Purchased this TV for our bedroom. The TV has a great picture and is very easy to set up. The small remote however is a pain to use. Thank goodness for the remote provided by the cable company.

Great style. Convenient HDMI hub. Awesome remote. Apps are pretty responsive and once you log into your homes wifi the TV will update automatically. Basically plug and play and will work great if you take the time to set it up properly. Absolutely awesome for Netflix if you have the 4K streaming service.

Beautiful picture, great features--we love it! Money well-spent

This Samsung 4K HDTV was purchased on a 2 Day only sale and was part of the Best Buy Magnolia series. Was only 50" but had 240 motion rate AND 3-D feature. Has all the new built in Smart TV functions and the 3-D is fantastic. Original price was 1499.99 and normally went on sale for 999.99 but for the 2 day event it was only 899.99. Picture is sharp and colors are vivid! I am totally satisfied.

I loved this TV and the sleek design.. It compliments my small living room.. Picture quality is good.it is 3D enabled, has Bluetooth , smart remote .

It's a huge difference from an 29 inch ultra wide monitor. I use it gaming mostly. And the graphics are so smooth and clear. Colors are much brighter.

This smart tv is the best. The color is beyond anything I expected. It was easy to setup and it has really been a great purchase.

In my opinion this is the best, LED 4K Ultra HD, television Samsung has made. It's comparable to the plasma HDTV that SamSung made. This TV has a great picture with many features and adjustment that make watching TV enjoyable. I am very happy with it at this point.

After reading reviews from different sites I decided on the Samsung 7100. I watched the Best Buy ads online and when I saw a 3 day special of this tv at a price that was hard to pass up I called the store to see if they had it in stock. Since the closest Best Buy was 60 miles away I wanted to make sure they had it before I made a trip. Tney did not have it in stock nor did they have a floor sample to view, but the very courteous, helpful person I talked with said it could be delivered for free from the warehouse, which was a very pleasant surprise. She place the order for me. I did have to wait one week before delivery, but that was no problem. Especially since they not only delivered it, they removed the packaging, screwed the stand on, plugged it in and set up the remote, plus hauled away the old set for free. I couldn't be happier with the service! The men who delivered it were courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with the tv at this time. The price and service were an additional bonus. Thank you Best Buy!

The Samsung 50" JU7100 is a very good 4K HDTV based on my pre-purchase research as well as the product's initial performance. The picture delivered via the DirectTV receiver is of fine quality. There is potential for greater picture quality once I upgrade to the latest DirectTV Genie receiver. The picture from my Blu-Ray player/disc is excellent. The speakers are adequate, although I've greatly enhanced the audio by installing a Sony sound channel that sits beneath the JU7100. My current rating is "4 stars" that may rise toward "5 stars" once more of the cutting edge picture quality and features of this TV are harnessed.

This review is from the person who had a full HD TV previously. So the 4K display absolutely blew me away. Amazing picture quality, simple setup and user interface, and the smart remote comes in handy. The ability to upscale any 2D viewing to 3D is icing on the cake.

I like the new uhdtv .... however the sound is low...love the remote control feature and the external add on for the hdmi cables .easier way to plug in new devices without having to turn the tv. loving it .... except i wish they had the same tv without 3d as i dont use 3d ......but still a great tv

The major plus-up is the facility with which you can move between regular cable and online viewing such as netflix. It is easy to understand and easier still to use.

I have done hours upon hours of research looking for a great 4K TV without the big 4K price and this is the best around. Perfect for gaming (please turn on gaming mode), and Samsung has updated the firmware a few times since I bought it just making it better. There is also a lot of confusion as to if this TV is capable of playing HDR and the short answer is Yes it can. The unfortunate answer is that there are newer TV's that are better at it because this TV wasn't originally designed with HDR in mind.
