Really like the Samsung TVs and this is no exception. Ease of apps - netflix,YouTube, etc is great! Set up was simple and the picture quality is fantastic!

This is my first Samsung smart tv 4K is absolutely beautiful,I'm coming from a 3 year old LG tv It's night and day The 3-d is awesome,I couldn't justify spending more for 2016 model especially with the loss of 3-d on Samsung 2016 models.This tv was so easy to set up.Apps are cool too.I purchased Samsung upconvert 4K blu ray player also.I've had this TV for a month now it's brilliant especially for 750.00 on sale. Go buy it you won't be disappointed!!!!!

This is tv has been wonderful to me. But there are a few issues 1- edge of the screen does not work only notice when you first turn the tv on just a tiny white strip barely noticeable but still there 2- software is out of date. Bought the shield to use apps on. What’s the point of a smart TV if you can’t use it. 3- it has fake hdr it does say no hdr on the specs but if you turn on uhd black color the hdr does work from say a blu ray player or streaming device. I know this tv is not on sale anymore but I figured I would state my opinion for anyone looking to buy this tv used or if other people are having issues with it in the future.

Have had the UN50JU7100 for about a month. Picture quality is stunning. User interface is very easy to understand, and the integrated apps like Netflix, Pandora and YouTube work great. Wireless setup was effortless. Right out of the box the set needs better calibration, but this is typical of any brand/model 4K TV and does not warrant a lower rating. This took just about an hour, and there's lots of instructional information online about how to do this. Completely satisfied with this Samsung, and the BestBuy purchasing experience was excellent.

The picture is amazing on this tv. I exchanged it for a Sony 4K

We just bought this TV at Best Buy. The TV is fantastic! The clarity is like being there in person. Not only did we get a great TV , but we also got 12 months free Netflix for buying it. The salesperson told us about the offer from Samsung.

Beautiful tv! I replaced my 7? Year old HD with this one and to say there is a difference in quality is an understatement. My only regret is I underestimated the size of my room and could have gone slightly bigger! Tip: (maybe most people know this) but I personally am used to plug and play. I rarely go in and change settings or colors.. But with this one, I would recommend going into settings and colors and everything that says recommended? Turn it off. I learned the hard way that the energy saving feature was so annoying! It starts to dim the tv slowly as the light in the room changes. I also want to say that Samsung is awesome, keep their phone number handy and if you need help with things like where to change a setting, troubleshoot, etc. They will help you out and walk you through the changes. I did not buy the Best Buy warranty, but thinking back on it, I probably would have purchased it. I had a major issue with verticals lines all over the screen in dark scenes. It was very bothersome. Itwas brand new! Instead of thinking of the "joy" of packing it back up and returning the tv, I called Samsung who was awesome and helped me resolve the issue. Turns out my panel needed to be replaced and they had someone come to my house to swap out the panels, free of charge. I was very impressed! Samsung is a company that treats its customers well, at least in my experience. I think my issue was most likely rare, and as you can see, did not affect my final rating. The price point, the crispness, the colors.. Everything about this tv is superb! I strongly recommend.

Love my new tv the picture is so crisp and clear. Love the smart technology it cuts down on the amount of clutter of other boxes and streaming devices you might need.

I own two Sony LED TV's and was going to purchase another for our bedroom until I started reading reviews on the new ones... After checking out all brands and reviews I decided to get the 50" Samsung. Best decision I've ever made, this is one awesome TV that has one of the best pictures I've seen. Stop looking at other TV's, get one of these and you will be as pleased as I am !!!

Considering the specs of the TV compared to the other and newer models, this i can say i what you call "bang for your buck". The new Samsung smart OS is very user friendly as well as the new sleek remote.

After a cheaper tv's screen blacked out and stopped working, we decided to go for a higher quality at a comparable price point. We've been very impressed with how this tv looks!

this model was on sale for $749.99 and it was a steal! very nice 4K TV. highly recommended and glad that i was able to get it on sale after price went up the following week.

Bright, sharp, adjustable picture. Good set of smart features and input options including USB which is compatible with and works well with my portable hard drives containing movies. I had to get used to the optional feature in which picture brightness automatically adjusts itself to ambient lighting. Once I worked with it, I find it to be very convenient since I view the tv in darkness, day light, and indoor light.

This TV has a great picture , very simple to set up, and very user friendly to operate. I have nothing negative that I can say about the product.

Very satisfied with my new smart tv (4k). I only wish I had the space to put a larger screen than the 50 inch model.

Watched this tv online for several weeks knowing it was last year's model and that it would go at a good price. Got it almost at half price so I grabbed it. The picture is very clear and realistic. It was easy to set up as a new wireless connection in our basement recroom. Have a lot to learn about a smart tv. Wish a printed manual was included. The manual is on the TV
