very satisfied with the Samsung Smart TV. Price was great. Best Buy offered a price match which was great as well. Salesperson at Best Buy was exceptional.

No qualms with image quality or sound quality but I really do hate this thing. Trying to add a device, or ARCing my game consoles or PC. Absolutely awful. Every time I would ARC any connected Devices, instead of just swapping over to the input, it swaps over for a few seconds then takes you right back to the home screen or into the gaming hub homescreen (which I absolutely hate. I don't want to play games through my Samsung tv. Stop it. Just let me use my console. Stop making it difficult.) and then adds whatever you just ARCed to, to whatever home screen you got taken to, even if it's already there it will delete the old icon and replace it. Then once it's added you have to grab your remote anyway and click back into it. Completely defeats the purpose of featuring HDMI ARC.
I have readded my PlayStation and switch to that ridiculous game hub home screen at least 60 times or so in the year I've had this tv. If there is a way to turn that screen off and disable it completely, I have yet to find it.... Same thing for my PC on the actual home screen I think I probably watched it add itself to the home screen 25 times or more before I finally just gave up and broke out my old TV to use the laptop on.
Connections to YouTube and other apps are just as painful and tedious. My youtube will literally kick me all the way out of the app to reconnect because Samsung Smart tv needs me to verify that I trust the exact same phone I connect to my TV every single day and often leave connected for 12-15 hours at a time for watching long playlists as background noise.again it will disconnect my phone after hours of being connected to ask me to verify it for the 400th time.
I'd kill for a not smart tv with 3 HDMI cables. I don't use 97% of the garbage this this comes preloaded with and there doesn't seem to be any way to make using it more seamless and comfortable that I've been able to find. I stand firmly on the fact that this the hands down the most irritating and painstaking TV I've ever had to use in my life. I can't wait to get rid of it finally and get something more useable
