great service from bestbuy and tv worked great.wish i would have got a bigger one

I have to be honest .... I purchased this TV on sale at a great price for a spare room in our house. The installation could never be completed ... why? I really don't know. The install process simply got "stuck". For what it's worth, Samsung online support was great, but I could not get the TV to complete the installation. The router for my WiFi was located in another room, but I had a great WiFi "extender" that works great with all other internet based equipment/stuff in my home (and that particular room).
After spending 3 hours on this process, I got frustrated and boxed everything up and returned the TV to Best Buy. I bought a Roku 50 inch as a replacement and had ZERO issues with the installation in the same location in my home. Another FYI, Best Buy accepted the return without any questions and were extremely helpful in guiding me to the Roku TV (which was at a better price). If you want a Samsung product, I recommend getting the higher priced unit.
