I would give this TV a 5/5 if it wasn't for the awful remote. I don't know who is making the decisions at Samsung but this has to be the worst remote control I've ever seen. It is unlike any other Samsung remote I have. It's too small, has no Exit button, no Source button, and has no labeled Select button. It only has a home button, which forces you to go through the Smart Hub to select a source, and you can't exit you can only hit the Back button. Terrible. Luckily I discovered the old remote that came with my TU7000 works perfectly on this TV or I would have returned it.

Great picture quality, would recommend it is bright has a lot of nice features as well

Great TV! It was easy to set up and use. I do wish it had three HDMI slots instead of two though, so that I wouldn’t need an extension. Other than that, the image is great and it’s easy to use. It was a great deal for the price.

Excellent TV. Picture and sound quality are great. Price is reasonable. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend it.

About one year later, holds great picture. Very responsive to button commands and quick loading apps. Samsung is a great brand.

Great TV, stability is positive, nice picture color, use of remote is easy especially for the elderly. Has the usual features as most televisions. I don't have anything negative to say. I would purchase again.

This television has many great qualities and also a reasonable price. The detail of the picture is what you’d expect from a Samsung product as is the ease of navigation. What is interesting is the benefit is also a flaw. The TV is large enough to see clearly from certain distances but has been a struggle to use in larger bedrooms because you lose much of the detail because the sharp image makes viewing appear smaller. Still a great buy for the price and Samsungs products are top notch.

This was an exceptional deal for the price. The screen is crisp and clear. Just beautiful. Modest size. Smart TV functions work great.
