    It was disappointing to open the box and discover that not only did it have essentially a set-top box but was also still quite heavy. If everything (including the peripheral ports) came as a single display unit, and if that unit wasn’t so heavy, then I’d definitely reconsider. I’m only impressed by the antireflective coating.

Your TV is connected to the One Connect Box with the One Invisible Connection – a translucent cable allowing you to place your TV accessories wherever works best for you.

    When you look at that picture you expect a frame around the TV you buy it it says the frame on the box when you get home there is no frame all you wanted that come up with $300 more. I feel like I was duped and I’m not happy I’ve talked to Best Buy And Samsung. I’m boycotting Samsung. I will never buy their products again.

    bummer it has to come with big box that it has to be plugged in to. purchased this t.v. so it was very minimal looking and now we have to hide the black bulky box

    Absolutely hate it. The SmartThings app is garbage. All of the tutorials on how to fix the infinite error messages when you try to use the art functionality are for a former version. This this is just a more expensive completely regular TV. I would NEVER buy another.

    Missing remote and power cord

    TV is very nice but I bought an open box with excellent status and was missing parts. No remote, legs for TV, or power cord. Had a death in the family the week TV arrived so did not open box until after return policy so customer service would not do anything. TV is 4 stars Best Buy 0 Starts for terrible service.

    this frame does not serve the purpose of uploading and viewing personal pictures as advertised, I uploaded over 50 pictures from my phone they were not sideways or upside-down, but on the Frame they display that way, with no option to change it. you have to delete them and try again, very tedious and time consuming.

    Do Not Purchase Open-Box Items

    My review is about Best Buy not Samsung. I contacted Best Buy when my shipping timeframe changed, but they could not reach the shipping service to change the delivery address. I called back and asked them to try changing the shipping address 3 times. Each day, a new call. They kept promising me that it would be delivered to the new/correct address. It was not. It went to an empty house, where no signature was required (on a valued $1300 item) They promised me a refund, which they did not honor, or even let me know not to expect it. When I finally received the product, it was damaged and they would not honor the warranty/exchange/refund policy that they advertise. I asked for a replacement, they would only provide a replacement with an in-store product (surprise, no available product in-store). When I finally had to return the item, I was told to take it in-store to return, but when I had 3-4 workers question my intent on returning a damaged product, they finally told me I can't return in-store. Fortunately, there was one worker willing to make an exception and put it on the UPS truck in-store, saving me another trip. Best Buy is a joke. Their customer service is as valuable as a chatbot.

    Retunring process for open box item

    I bought it as an open box. There was a distorted section at the bottom right corner on the screen. I returned it and it was very smooth process.

    Samsung Frame TV

    Had TV for 4 1/2 months. Color is fading picture from sitting on the side is terrible. Called Best Buy and they will do nothing to help and was told to contact Samsung. Do not purchase from Best Buy and after 2weeks still waiting on part with no estimated ship date. Forget Best Buy and Samsung not helping much either.

    I'm usually a big fan of Samsung. I have 5 TVs in my house, all from Samsung, that I have been very happy with, but I have long coveted a Frame TV for aesthetic reasons. Unfortunately the one I purchased was dead on arrival. When I went online to try to find solutions, I saw a ton of complaints from people whose Frame TVs stopped working suddenly, so I decided not to exchange it for another Frame TV since you apparently can't rely on them even if they do work right out of the box. Terribly disappointed after years of waiting to get one of these.

    Geek Squad has been out twice and TV still is up correctly. This time it is a defective bracket. Supposed to be getting a new TV next week. It has all been challenging and time consuming.

    I have the Google Hisense and The Frame. Get the Hisense! The Frame nickels and dimes you for the art work. Very few default options and they try to force the "art subscription" on you. Connecting to anything Google is also difficult. Additionally, you have to buy the frame separately, which is also another negative star.

    Bad remote

    I was told by Best Buy delivery person that the remote to my frame TV would work after getting charged. The remote has to be plugged in to function. Since 15 days have passed I'm SOL!

      I’m sorry to hear your SolarCell Remote is not charging as expected. Please try these steps which may help resolve this:

      1. Press and hold Return and Microphone buttons (diagonally up and to the right of Return). This will reset the remote.
      2. Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected

      If you’re still experiencing issues with the remote, please also try the following:

      - Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
      - Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
      - Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery
      - Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
