I already had a frame tv and liked the one connect feature. The 50" was the perfect size to fit wher i wanted to put it. There is sunshine in the room and this tv workes well with a bright room. I put the sound through a stero receiver to get better sound. The only issue is the volume can't be adjusted with the tv remote unless you use Bluetooth.

For my order, pickup was smooth. The team in person ensured I was set up with not just the TV, but the dolly and support I needed to get it to my car downstairs. Pickup only took a few minutes too with the right materials. It’s set up now and working wonderfully!

Love this TV. It looks wonderful as an art in our living room and when we need a TV we have it ready to go. I wasn’t sure about the matte no glare but that works great too.

This is one tv I’m willing to arrange my room around for. It’s great to have it look more like a picture verses a black rectanglular hole in the wall. Plus the picture quality is great! It’s a treat to have my own photos displayed also.

Bought open box marked as “Excellent.” However, some components missing - legs, screws, template. Did not return as mounted on wall. TV worked fine.

The TV is beautiful and performs well but head's up: if you plan on uploading your own photographs to display, there is NO OPTION FOR FULL FRAME DISPLAY (Without a mat / border). In other words, your own images or art has to have a border around it. Despite the fact that we see multiple examples of art being displayed full frame on the TV, there isn't a "No Mat" option when you upload your own images, even when perfectly sized to 3840x2160 pixels. Only some of the art and photos you can access via a paid subscription have the "no mat" option. You can choose different color mats, but even the black one doesn't show as pure black on the screen - its more of a dark grey. It's really stupid that you can't show your own images full frame, and that only some art can go full frame, regardless of image resolution. Hopefully this may be resolved with future software updates. Tip: Although the TV has a speaker, a sound bar is the way to go.

Very nice TV. Fits very close to the wall, looks beautiful with the frame and art feature. Installation takes some time and is worth the effort.
