This tv is great! Looks like a real painting and picture quality is amazing! Would highly recommend

We “ upgraded from a 2019 version of the frame and I am really disappointed the whole UX on the system is really terrible very slow and you cannot turn off ads when you spend this kind of money on a premium TV. It’s unacceptable that you are served ads day and day out. The Samsung OS is really laggy and just really takes away from the whole experience at this point. I think I’m just gonna get an Apple TV plug-in to avoid the annoying ads. The picture quality is fine. Nothing improved since 2019 overall it’s a fine TV but nothing super exciting.

Very happy with the purchase, but takes 20-60 seconds +/- to come on, and can be a little glitchy (art mode locks up occasionally, etc). Minor issues in my opinion. TV picture is great! Sound is surprisingly good. Art is great! Hung on existing bracket, so i could adjust viewing angle.

Great quality for the price. Clear picture when watching TV and Picture mode with scenes and family pictures make it an amazing addition of grandparents remembering moments that they can share over and over again of family events.

Been wanting this TV since the series first came out. We love it, it has turned our wall into a decorative piece instead of just an altar to television.

Not a bad TV but I have been having issues such as turning the TV on and it does nothing but blink the red light on the bottom, I usually have to press the power button on the remote 2-3 times before getting it started , other than that works great, nice features

I love this electronic. Didnt think it was going to be as good image quality. Planning on buying one for my kids and one for the living room

Amazing picture. Sound is adequate. I recommend adding a sound bar, but consider the Samsung brand so they can sync and use both the bar and the speakers in the TV.

I love the narrow profile , the quality of the picture and the non-glare glass screen. It is perfect in my bright room and the picture “frame” (with artwork) fits the decor of the room.

From installation to viewing, I have not a complaint. I have had complements of the quality of the picture. The installation crew were fantastic! I didn't expect the instructions for the tv I was given. Best Buy is my go to for electronics

After a misunderstanding about the nature of a BestBuy Open Box purchase, the BestBuy staff went out their way to make us happy with our purchase of the new Samsung TV. We were very pleased.
