I love it. Very clear picture, sound is great, kids love it. I wish I could buy bogger screen. Still seems small. Maybe later will upgrade to 75 in screen.

I’m in love with my Samsung television, I’ve been using Samsung products for over 10 years starting with cellphones to TV great products ever made by human, they’re extremely reliable and lasted for many many years. I currently own a 32’ Samsung smart TV that I bought for my son when he was 10 years old, my son turned 24 years old in September that tv is still running. Samsung products lasted a very long time, I’m gonna continue to purchase Samsung products for as long as I live

Great television with a short lifespan. We have many Samsung products but this TV (purchased 12/2022) went out in month 13 of the 12 month guarantee for replacement and labor. My wife got it to work but it had black lines throughout the screen. Today the screen "melted" and is dead. Not worth paying $650.

It WAS a GREAT television, then, when the tv wasn’t even 18 months old, and after I made a quick trip to the store, I came home to find the screen all MESSED UP! I was used to leaving the TV on for hours at a time, but apparently this HAPPENS A LOT! I did a quick search online, and found that there was even a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Samsung for this EXACT SAME PROBLEM! I found out that their televisions overheat after being on too long, and the screens crack. The outer screen is fine, with no damage, it’s the inner crystal that cracks. They said it’s cheaper to just buy a new one. I tried filing a claim with my Assurance coverage, but realized they don’t really cover anything. So, I am now going back and forth with Samsung about this. BEWARE, if you can get a different brand, do so. Samsung is great for everything else, EXCEPT TELEVISIONS! This is my SECOND Samsung TV that has failed me. However, I LOVE my Samsung Washer & Dryer, and all my kitchen appliances by Samsung. If they want to reach out to make this right, go ahead and email me.

This is the most pricey TV I have ever purchased. I use it for my gaming room (PS5), and it is well worth the price! Not only is the TV very smart in configuring everything for you, the visuals are crisp, and it has very good frame rates. Plus it's really slim, making it easy to mount on a wall

Judder mode is life…. Extra sharp colors … brilliant display. Keeps up with my ps5 perfectly 10/10

Great picture, great sound. Still learning how to use it. Sometimes fun, sometimes frustrating.

As of last night, the TV experienced a cycling power and reboot loop. The TV also has lines on the screen at the top and bottom where the apps are located. I've had the TV for almost two years. It'll cost over $1,000 to get it repaired without a warranty says Samsung. Get the longest extended warranty possible if you gamble with Samsung LED Screens.

This tv may be awesome but I wouldn’t know thanks to Best Buy. I bought open box in “excellent “ condition. It arrived after much delay (3-4 days late). The box was literally open. There was no feet or stand, no remote, no power cord. I message customer service through the app. They credit Ne $40 and tell me to go to the store to get the stuff. I go to the store and not surprisingly they don’t sell “feet” or stands for tvs so I buy a wall mount for apx $100. I ask the sales people, two in all, for help picking one to suit my needs. One is zero help, literally points, tells me of two other locations way across the store with other wall mount choices then walks away. The second guy I get from the register. He finds me a Best Buy brand and says it will be better and save me money. I specifically ask if it can be adjusted horizontally as my studs aren’t in the center where I’d like the tv to hang. I purchased the Best Buy wall mount and the power cord he recommended. Once home I hang the mount, despite not having a ratchet which is needed and they don’t tell you on the exterior of the box. The mount does NOT move significantly to the left or right so my tv is not centered, very close to the corner. Here folks is the clincher, the power cord they SOLD me DOES NOT FIT with this tv!!! So here’s my tv all hung, slightly too far right, and still, still I have yet to turn it on. Nor do I have a remote, so who knows if I could do it anyway. I was planning to get an app on the phone to save me $25-30 bucks. I’m so angry right now, I swear I will not be buying from Best Buy again. Worst Buy is what I call it. Bogus Buy. Bad Buy. Bye bye Best Buy!

Our 2 year, 2 month old tv went dark on half the screen. Best Buy came to assess and it was not worth fixing (close to $400!).

I bought this set to replace an LG that suddenly stopped connecting to WiFi. That this set has a larger screen was a bonus. The good: • The greatly simplified remote, with only 11 buttons (plus the obligatory ring with center button for navigating menus) is much more efficient and user-friendly. No more accidentally changing channels! And, once everything is set up, you can also use it to control some cable-box functions (volume, channel, menu navigation). And the battery can be charged using the built-in solar charger, or by connecting to a USB-C power source. • The picture quality is quite good, even at the larger size. • The set is light for its size, and doesn't take up as much space as you'd expect. I probably could have bought a 55-inch model without having to worry about whether or not the stand I'm using could accommodate it. • Switching to a blu ray or DVD is as simple as turning on the player and inserting a disc; the set will automatically change the input. For that matter, just turning on the player will also switch on the set—very convenient. The not-so-good: • Undoubtedly because of the compromises required to accommodate the thinness of the set, the sound is anemic. It's not horrible, but there's not much low end. Whereas the LG I replaced had decent sound out of the box, with this Samsung set, I had to resort to buying a soundbar. • Relatively narrow viewing angle. With my old LG set, I could move to a different part of the room and still see the same picture. With the Samsung, the picture becomes lighter and lower in contrast. I don't normally watch anything from the other side of the room, so this is a minor annoyance. • The settings menu could be a bit simpler to navigate. (Then again, the LG menu wasn't exactly a marvel of software programming either.) • The audio delay settings to correct sync problems between screen image and soundbar audio should have finer settings. The 0 to 250 msec, is adjustable in 10 msec increments. That's fine most of the time, but a 5 msec increment would be an improvement. • Limited input/output connections. If you have older equipment you still use, the only connection available is an RF input—no component or composite video inputs. Overall, I'm happy with this Samsung set.

I have Samsung everything, s7, book pro 360, s21... But this tv was pretty bad. Backlight bleed looks like glare on screen, never goes away. I exchanged for a Sony x85j and that is awesome, no backlight bleed, pure consistent black, great tv!

I received my tv with no remote or plug in the box. I called customer service and they told me to go in store and buy it or wait 2 weeks for a replacement.

Very happy with this tv. Picture quality is very good. You have to be inside the optimum angle to see best color. Too far off center and the colors start to wash out. Our seats in the tv room are good, so no problem for us. The remote and the controls are easier to use and figure out than some others. We returned the first tv from another manufacturer because it took too much effort to operate, especially to switch from cable to streaming to antenna. This is easier to use. Setup was easy. It went up much easier than that other one I ultimately returned. If you like good sound, add some other speaker. The set’s speakers are adequate, but not so great if you like good sound.

Best TV I've ever seen. Qled quantum dot technology makes colors the deepest n brightest I've ever seen. It's unreal. U will continuously be awestruck everyday as u watch this TV. The vivid vibrant colors on the display never gets old. And the remote is solar charged so it doesn't require AAA Batteries. It recharges from natural room light. It's also an awesome very easy to use remote. Also tv is very lightweight n easy to lift n move. U WILL LOVE THIS TV. GUARANTEED

High quality tv, nice colors and easy to use menu. Looking back now you can get an LG OLED for about the same price, but this Samsung tv is a solid choice and does its job. Never had any issues with it.
