Replacing a 10 yr old 40in LCD that claimed 1080. I have 2 other smaller, newer LED 1080 and my son has a newer 40in 4k. The picture is far superior, has great antennae reception, Spectrum cable box looks much better too. Casting to it is easy from cell or laptop. The universal guide, recommended shows, and Samsung web channels are good bonus. The minor reasons I didn't give it a 5: Remote control - not a fan of the no number pad and having to set it up via phone. However speech recognition is good. The menu and settings don't seem as intuitive as other brands we have. I had to actually read the directions!

This 50" 4K Samsung is perfect for a bedroom or living room. Geek Squad mounted it on the wall for me and did a excellent job. Chose to have the cable hidden with a new receptacle installed. The picture is amazing.

I think the 50" QLED is the way to go. Huge 65" TVs show more flaws in the picture, and tend to look kind of gawdy in a small room. I don't think a lot of people see it that way. Love the Ambient Mode feature, although I wish you could use a flash drive of your own photos instead of the sample pics they offer. That definitely should be changed next time. At $649 I thought it was a pretty good deal. Very happy with it.

Great picture and relatively easy setup. Remote is not very user friendly and volume has to be turned up higher than normal for some applications.

This is by far the best I've purchased for regular tv, movie's, detail ,and handles gaming flawlessly.

I never thought that I could get a TV as good as the Panasonic Viera Plasma that I have. It has stood the test of time. However, time has a way of continuing and I needed a television that was "smart". Enter the Samsung QLED Q60T. It has a great picture (with different settings that I could use), I was able to cast to it, upload different streaming apps to it, use my tablet DEX with it. No camera on this so no zoom per se except for casting to the set. Overall, it does everything I need and with a sound bar does it all! Great investment.

I was skeptical when buying a new tv. I had mine for a long time and it broke. It took a little to adjust to the change, but now I think its great! I am very fussy with the sound on a tv. The newer tv's have terrible sound, but this one is pretty good! I may at some point get a soundbar to get full effect, but for now I don't mind it. Maybe for Christmas. The tv has amazing color, and watching old tv shows on Prime, come in clear. I'm very satisfied. We'll see if it lasts as long as my last Samsung.

We are very pleased with the Samsung QLED 50" TV. The picture is excellent, set up was fairly straightforward. All of the common apps were pre-loaded, plus an internet app that let's you use the TV like a very large screen computer (I assumed I would have to load one). As some reviews have mentioned, the picture isn't that great if you're looking at it from an angle. I don't really consider this a problem. Best Buy also honored a price reduction during the 15 day period after delivery.

We love this Smart TV!!! I had done a fair amount of research before buying this tv as we were planning on “cutting the cord” with this purchase. This is our first Samsung, we have had Vizio in the past ( SO GLAD WE SWITCHED) It’s so easy to setup with the modem we got from Best Buy and the picture quality is outstanding. All the apps are easy to navigate plus the bonus Samsung Health channel makes it fun to workout! Now on looking back, I wish we had done this a long time ago.

My second Samsung QLED TVs. Easy to set up (1st one i had it wall hang and this one is with TV stand). Easy to assemble, easy to navigate setting up the internet connection, sound bar connection. The instruction during set up is very straight forward. The quality of picture in amazing. The TV speaker for Samsung is not known to be top of the line but complementing this TV with my polk sound bar w/subwoofer sealed it. Love this TV.

The TV has been everything we wanted. Picture is outstanding and the sound quality is very good. If I had to complain about something it would be that I'm not a fan of the stands. The last samsung we owned had a sturdy post in the middle. This system is less obtrusive but perhaps not as stable. We ordered online and picked up the TV at the store. It all went very smoothly with no problems at all. The ease with which you can move from app to app is a big plus.

I am so happy with this TV! I thought I would need a sound bar but after listening to it at the store, I decided to skip that. At home, it's not only a great picture quality but the sound is excellent. The remote is so easy to use and the setup is pretty easy too. My son who uses the Xbox on it says the graphics on the games are so much better. I've seen it and it's true!

Very nice TV. A big difference between QLED and EDGE lit TV s. I would put this between Edge lit and OLED, OLED being the best. Nice colors,bright,can tweak to your liking. Only knock I have is horrible remote. Volume is controlled with a weird up and down weird switch kind of thing instead of standard up/down buttons.

This is my first 4k TV and I have to say it's been nothing but good so far. It requires just one thing, the power cord, to be plugged to operate. From there it was as simple as turning it on and the TV and my phone did the rest. I suppose it's important to note that I have a Samsung S20 so the sync between the two made everything super easy. Once you learn the interface in the smart tv apps its easy to customize the home menu to have your preferred apps at the touch of a button. There are some apps that you cannot delete but you can remove them from the home button. Overall, the interface is responsive and I've had no crashes or software issues so far. You may notice some lag if you try to press through menus at a rapid rate but it's not horrible. The sound meets my expectations for native TV sound. I don't think anyone expects a TV to have the sound quality of a 12 speaker system built in. But until I buy a sound bar for it, it is more than adequate. I did notice a high pitch sound coming from the TV for about 3 minutes after I turned the TV on for the very first time. I'm assuming this is due to some first time use thing/fixed with a software update that was applied while the TV was setting itself up because the noise has not returned. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of Google Assistant integration. At the time of writing this, the TV only supports Bixby or Alexa.

Movies and games look really good, recommend it for all gamers. Plus it’s easy to use and not a bad price!

Really great quality smart tv with beautiful screen

Started out fantastic. About 1 month after the 1 year warrantee expired white lines showed up on the bottom of the screen that never went away. About 2 years into ownership the alsoappeared at the top of screen. Not a great deal for $600.
