Excellent picture quality, sound and ease to setup. Except programming and use of the remote is a little tricky.

I was able to figure out how to use all the features, but instructions are a joke! Had to search UTube for correct setup.

Just installed. Its decent. Its not Neo Qled or Oled picture. But thats expected for the price. But for the price its Nice!. It beats the Sony X90j i took back. Sony veiwing angles were horrible. This was a good buy. It does look good in 4k! For the black friday price! Im happy. Viewing angles on this one is decent. Quality is nice. Overall a decent tv for the price.

I wasn’t planning to replace my 2018 49” Samsung until I saw this model in person at Best Buy. The picture quality is definitely an upgrade, & there is no distortion or glare from sunlight or lamps. ,My Samsung soundbar enhanced the sound.

Great experience in the my local store. Rep showed us options within our budget. He pointed out the differences in the crystal, LED, and QLED. made sure that we had everything needed for setup. We told him our budget and he help us select the most features for our budget

My new television has a real life picture that scared me watching a movie and the sound is very crystal clear.

I purchased three Best Buy tvs in the last six months. One 65 inch for living room and two 50 inch tvs for bed room. We brought Best Buy repair service for five years. We had one of advertised tv died three months after purchase. We now have five years of Best Buy protection to protect our expensive purchases. Other sellers didn’t offer protection. You can’t go wrong with Best Buy!

I am very pleased with this Samsung 50" smart TV. The colors are so bright and the picture quality is so clear. The stand is right in the middle, which I love. You will never be bored with this TV because it offers so much more.
