I’m loving this TV, I got it to be ready for when any retailer will have PS5s ready to go. This has the HDMI2.1 so it can handle it. I am gaming PS4 right now on it and looks amazing no lag nothin!Pictures clean sounds good coming out of the TV speakers although I run the ATMOS soundbar.

Best tv on the market. I bought the 50 inch. The picture is clear. The Upscale to 4K is very good. Live sporting events are spectacular. Bought it at the Best Buy Outlet and it was very reduced in price and in pristine condition. Highly Recommended. Wish the base was on a swivel.

Best tv I’ve ever owned. Picture clarity is great. The layout for the apps make it easy to use. The speakers actually sound pretty good, but i have a Samsung Harman Kardon soundbar that syncs via Bluetooth for sound. 4k movies streaming from all sources look amazing. Super happy with this purchase.

This is a terrific display that hits a perfect point between quality and cost. We have watched many different types of shows and it performs very well. The ability to directly connect to content providers without needing an additional device (roku or apple tv) is a big plus.

This TV far exceeds my dreams of picture quality and functionality. It is easy to use: not at all difficult for my 87-year old brain. It is capable of far more functions and adjustments than I ever thought would be possible in a residential television.

Excellent TV. Definitely worth the price, movies are awesome on it. The smart function alone is incredible, went from an LG to this and Samsung by far has the best operating system. So seamless. Have yet to game on it. Only have had it for two weeks though.

This television has a gorgeous picture and a very sturdy stand. It has a sleek design. The remote is quite different looking and while many do not like the smaller remotes, I have had no difficulties operating it. No worries there. It's ALL GOOD!

First one came damaged. Best Buy made it right. This Samsung is perfect for our bedroom. I really like the center pedestal. Picture is very good and the smart features are easy to navigate. Sound is exceptional and I see no need for soundbar.

The picture quality of this model is excellent and so is its sound. I do find operating the remote control device to be a bit of a challenge. It isn't as intuitive as I would like but that is my opinion. Overall, it is a pricier model but the quality demands it.

Hello, As a construction exec I understand the difficulty and challenges of running a successful operation. The Best Buy techs that completed the TV and related components were terrific. They displayed an expert ability from install through my walkthrough and combined their technical expertise with an advanced understanding of my ability, or lack thereof regarding the device operation. I learned quickly due to their teaching methods and compliment both Trevor and Andreas for their patience and professionalism. With over 600 people under my direct supervision I have come to realize how important it is to have trustworthy individuals representing the company. I believe, based upon my own experience, you have 2 of the best. I would be remiss if I did not mention the salesman Jim who did initial walkthrough. His assessment of the old system, guidance through my wish list, ordering and delivery of components and precise pricing made this experience as to to perfect as could be possible. I am a long time customer and based upon my most recent experience I will continue to use Best Buy and the Geek Squad for my electronic needs. Last but not least, I judge today from both a customer and manager perspective, from start to finish from Jim through Trevor and Andreas, I am more than satisfied, they all get an A+. ThankYou

Easy to set up and wonderful picture quality. Reviews were saying to use HDMI 4 for game systems but in actuality you can use any as it will recognize and convert to game mode automatically.

If you want freesync, you need to go for a bigger size than this one. Other than that, fantastic TV. Took a bit of adjusting. But, things look fantastic from watching YouTube in 4K to playing retro games through proper upscalers. Game mode works great with minimal latency in games.

Nice and bright with great picture and good sound. Also, very happy with pedestal base as apposed to the feet base. The remote has a learning curve and the instructions are not very good.

Haven't had the TV long enough to make a fair evaluation. Setting up the TV was fairly easy and Best Buy provided information on how to remove it from the box without damaging the screen. The Samsung 50" QLED replaced a 42" Panasonic plasma. Honestly the picture is a little better with the Samsung but not as much as I'd hoped. I was able to add 8" of viewing screen with the Samsung since the space I was putting the Samsung into was only 45" in length. My wife was extremely skeptical on replacing her plasma but she easily mastered the nuances of the new TV and remote. She now loves her early Christmas present.

excellent 4K picture and audio. Very easy to set up. simple to use remote with easy direct to netflix and prime buttons.

Great TV and service by the Best Buy/Geek Squad Team. Clarity is excellent and smart TV features easy to use. I would recommend to anyone shopping for a TV.

I had a 50" Samsung TV installed by the Geek Squad. The picture is excellent and the ease of operation is great. The sound quality is very good.

Wonderful tv!!!! TV shows and I love AirPlay which I did not previously have. And also looks fantastic however I do wish It swiveled

This TV has a beautiful picture. It was easy to set up. Simply programmed my wifi, and I was automatically set up. SWEET.
