Love this TV. The Smart function is fabulous. I was able to get all the streaming channels I wanted to view on this TV. HBOmax, Disney+, CBS All Access, Netflix and more. The easy of use and the flexible options along with the amazing picture make this TV manufacturer my number one choice in TVs.

We needed a FAST, Solid on Streaming Services (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube and others) totally reliable & bright LED HD TV - clean picture. The processor inside is much faster than the older TV. What else do you do in a Pandemic? This TV is a winner and I think will last us indefinitely.

Enjoy the features of this TV, pushing phone display to the tv and using preset options on for YouTube and Amazon Prime, so easy. Also so much faster reaction using remote selections than our first smart TV, now 9 years old, no wait time at all. Only complaint was waiting for inventory/ next sale

Just got this. It's a nice TV, BUT - two aggravating details. 1) 4 critical screws (for the base/stand) were MISSING! I had to improvise from my toolbox, but not happy with the substitutes 2) It is nearly impossible to get the battery cover off of the remote control. Needs a re-design.

Best 50" TV for video gaming. Great sound and awesome picture quality. I mounted it on my wall in my room. Action movies and sports look great with the 120 motion rate. Great apps come with it for music and programs.

We’ve had Samsung TVs previously and were satisfied so decided to trade up a little. Terrific picture and improved volume. Brad who came to set it up was very gracious and competent. He represented your company well.

It was a great recommendation. We really have to get used to having a 2-dimension picture rather than just the old 1080p. The plasma still may have a bit of an edge on most sets...but the Q80T series is great.

We needed a TV that had a stand--not those thin legs...Samsung has a good name for a TV---those two features sold us....TV works great as do the headphones which the smart part of the TV makes it so simple.

Really easy to setup. Universal remote works really well on all devices. Picture is crisp and clear. I did get some reflection from lights on dark scenes. OVerall very happy with purchase.

This is the largest TV I can fit in my AV stand so I couldn't buy a 55" model. Really great picture, No complaints, although I wish Samsung would offer Q70s and Q90s in the 50 " size.

Wow what a picture. Love to watch nature programs and it feels like I right there walking down the trails. Great sound as well with just the TV and no other speakers.

so far color and picture is great in hd broadcast, watched a dvd not in hd and could not adjust brightness, the movie was un watchable because it was so dark. love all the options samsung has though.

Tv has great color and picture with a very interesting sound system which follows the action of the show you are watching very well. Extremely realistic.

Great TV picture and remote. Sadly some streaming services like Sling seem to lose connectivity. Others like Netflix, Amazon work find.

I love my Samsung TV. It works well in my family room. I have a lot of sun coming in that room midday and the picture stays clear.

Love having all the apps in the TV for easy setup. The picture and sound are great for our living room.

High quality TV, well made, easy to set up and a joy to operate. Only gripe is the remote lack numeric keypads, but no biggies.

Picture is awesome looks very sharp the fact that it’s wireless connection as well as all the streaming makes this a great tv

TV has many features and image quality is good. Great tv to buy when on sale. Only down side is it is a bit on the heavy side.

55" was too big for the area, Glad that Samsung had an option that was better than most other 50" tv's feature wise, only wish is that it was 120hz instead of 60
