This is a high quality TV with excellent screen quality. I am using external sound. I had two of them professionally installed by an electrician. Love the set-up and menu options. However, I was a little disappointed that YouTube TV app was NOT included on their menu (without use of an external streaming device). I didn't want to use an external streamer so I switched to Hulu which is included.

I went with a samsung T.V. since I just switched to the Galaxy S25 Ultra and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Everything in the Samsung ecosystem works together so seamlessly it's insane. But the television is phenomenal all on it's own. The picture is sharp and the sound quality is pretty good without a sound bar. I also didn't know I needed an ai powered smart T.V. until I had one

I upgraded to this “smart tv” from a 14 year old Samsung “smart tv”. It is MUCH smarter with many conveniences, including many free stations vis the internet, and access to digital broadcast tv as well. The picture and sound are excellent. And it accommodates an optical sound bar. And Apple AirPlay works with it too.

Have had this TV for a few weeks now and am very happy with my purchase. It was very easy to set up, took between 10 and 15 minutes. Feels sturdy. I like that the feet are flat, it sits more firmly on my desk than my last TV. I use this TV in my bedroom with an Apple TV and as a monitor for my laptop. Picture quality is good. Sound is also good, I don’t have a soundbar hooked up to it and can hear it just fine. If you want a solid TV that doesn’t break the bank, this is a good buy.

The Samsung model was easy to setup. The instructions were easy to follow as we connected everything under a hour. The 43 inch Neo QLD is a great way to view tv and streaming features.

Sharp, clear images! Feels like you're in the scene due to the sharpness and clarity on this tv. Samsung has long been our choice in electronics and they have not let us down with this new addition.

I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago and so far I love it. I didn't have a smart TV before so it has taken some time to get used to it. The picture is great. I am having trouble with getting the closed captions to stay on. Also, it doesn't work as well with my Tablo DVR as my previous TV did. It's all just a learning process and hopefully I will figure it all out.

This tv is perfect light and high end quality. Easy to install and setup.

Great tv for the price the picture quality is really good the sound is great too and it’s the perfect size. I was going to buy a $1200 tv but I’m very happy I went with this one instead. The free Samsung channels is a great bonus no need for cable tv.

We have been pleased with this television. The picture quality is amazing. The apps are readily accessible. The remote is compact and simple to use.

We bought this TV to replace the 2005 Samsung 40 inch TV we had. There was nothing wrong with the old one but it wasn't a Smart TV. This TV is bigger than the old one and was very easy to set up. It has great picture and sound. We really love it and it was a great replacement. We have always had Samsung and have never had a problem.

Excellent picture--clear--bright and great sound as well. Crystal from best buy told me it was the best TV for the money I wanted to spend and she was correct. I am very happy with the Samsung. Glad I spent more this time because I received VALUE for the MONEY.

A fine tv. Great picture. Takes longer to set up and program than it should due to convoluted Samsung keyboard.
