I like that this tv has a clear and good picture quality, plenty of brightness, works flawlessly. The sound is decent from the tv speakers. Was easy to set up . The only thing I could say is a dislike would be I prefer a larger size screen. However, for the purpose that I bought it, it is perfect. Needed a tv we could use in a hotel room while traveling, as we don't like the really extra small screened tv's that seem to come in most hotel rooms. After traveling is done, this will be a perfect tv for our guest room.

We bought this TV in a whim the same night our pervious tv from another brand decided to die with no warning (yes we immediately left to purchase a new one without researching, we’re big tv people). I have loved the switch of brands, Samsung offers so many cool features I wasn’t even aware existed! The app that comes along with it is really cool and offers opportunity to create routines which is nice to have the Tv come on for a little during the day for our dog! The quality is phenomenal as well, and offers a lot of display options and vibrancies which is cool! Overall very happy our old tv died and we found this one! Would definitely recommend!

Easy to setup, picture quality is great, size is what I went for. obviously there are bigger TVs, but I love that's it's ALL screen. I will admit, the new remote takes some getting used to. not as intuitive and fluid as my Firestick. otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Had the tv for two weeks for my mom - minimal tv watching - won’t stop turning on and off and screen messed up already

The set up was easy. With the exception of logging in to all streaming services again, the set up was very short. The steps were self-explanatory and simple to follow. Picture quality was very good depending on the streaming service. I installed a Samsung sound bar utilizing Bluetooth in only seconds. The only issue I have is the loss of Wi-Fi connection occasionally for no apparent reason. Overall, a good buy!

Everything worked great right out of the box. Set up is quite easy. Picture quality, size, and contrast are fantastic. The only issue is the remote is difficult to use and needs a design update. Larger buttons will help clear definition of what is also is a good idea.

It's a good TV; the only thing I don't like is the startup screen—as soon as you turn it on, it immediately jumps to the channels. That’s the only downside; otherwise, the quality is good.

The Samsung TV is wall mounted and fits perfect in the designated space. The picture is good. The only negative comment would be the sound is not as “crisp” and I am unable to locate the audio setting.

I purchased this TV for my bedroom to replace an older model that was not a Smart TV since I recently ditched my cable company. It's the perfect size for the room and has fantastic picture, the built in apps are a plus since I'm only streaming now, my only complaint is that since it's operating on WiFi it doesn't always work but that's likely more to do with my WiFi than the unit itself.

This TV has a great picture and was easy to set up. Sound is good but you could benefit from a sound bar. Overall we're very satisfied with the TV.

In bought this unit as a monitor for the church and it's excellent. The colors are bright and is easy to set up.

Has a great picture. My only complant is that the clarity is weakened when viewing from the side. But overall a nice tv with a lower price.

Great product for the price. Used this for my bedroom so wanted a little smaller. But crystal clear and works great.
