I like that this tv has a clear and good picture quality, plenty of brightness, works flawlessly. The sound is decent from the tv speakers. Was easy to set up . The only thing I could say is a dislike would be I prefer a larger size screen. However, for the purpose that I bought it, it is perfect. Needed a tv we could use in a hotel room while traveling, as we don't like the really extra small screened tv's that seem to come in most hotel rooms. After traveling is done, this will be a perfect tv for our guest room.

We bought this TV in a whim the same night our pervious tv from another brand decided to die with no warning (yes we immediately left to purchase a new one without researching, we’re big tv people). I have loved the switch of brands, Samsung offers so many cool features I wasn’t even aware existed! The app that comes along with it is really cool and offers opportunity to create routines which is nice to have the Tv come on for a little during the day for our dog! The quality is phenomenal as well, and offers a lot of display options and vibrancies which is cool! Overall very happy our old tv died and we found this one! Would definitely recommend!

Great tv for the price point. Sound could be better, but overall its a good buy

I purchased this TV for my bedroom to replace an older model that was not a Smart TV since I recently ditched my cable company. It's the perfect size for the room and has fantastic picture, the built in apps are a plus since I'm only streaming now, my only complaint is that since it's operating on WiFi it doesn't always work but that's likely more to do with my WiFi than the unit itself.

The Samsung TV is wall mounted and fits perfect in the designated space. The picture is good. The only negative comment would be the sound is not as “crisp” and I am unable to locate the audio setting.

This TV has a great picture and was easy to set up. Sound is good but you could benefit from a sound bar. Overall we're very satisfied with the TV.

In bought this unit as a monitor for the church and it's excellent. The colors are bright and is easy to set up.

The screen on my 2008 Sony flat panel bedroom TV finally went black and I needed a TV quickly. Best Buy is the only store that had reasonable prices, I ordered this TV online, pick up was quick, and your entire staff provided excellent assistance to help a 70 year old lady place the TV inside my Caddy. Also, the set-up took no time at all. Thanks a million Best Buy!!!!
