There is absolutely nothing that you don't like in this TV. It's out 3rd Samsung TV in the house.

We had a 47 inch TV, but it had a fault: it would not allow you to adjust brightness. Night scenes were like watching radio. We bought this one so we could see night scenes. It works.

I am very pleased with the TV. I am also very pleased with the installation.

This TV has a great picture and it was so easy to mount on the wall.

We love our new Samsung 55" TV! The picture is so clear and sharp. We have been buying Samsung for years and most likely will continue to do so. The delivery person was helpful and we got things set up easily. Best Buy's sales guy was easy to work with as well. We would go back to BB for future purchases.

I can't express how incredible this tv is for the price. The sales man steered me away from the higher priced tics to this one and it proves to be comparable to all of them for a quarter of the price. Highly recommended

Compared to other tv's awesome price and the picture is incredible. Thought about going with bigger tv but different brand because of price. Glad I didn't. Well worth the price

After much research on TV's on BBY and other sites, I determined that 4K technology wasn't 100% there and I wanted to just get the best 1080p TV in the market and this series from Samsung was rated very favorably. Straight out of the box, the picture was good... not great. I had to do a lot of tweaking to get it to where I liked it. The biggest issue was the dreaded "soap opera effect" which was very prevelant on this TV out of the box. Once I was able to dial in the optimal settings and disabled the auto motion, this TV is pretty amazing. One thing to note, mine came with the default setting set as "Store Mode" as opposed to "Home Mode" so none of the settings and changes I was making were savings after powering down. I went through setup and corrected that and now it is 100% awesome. I am very happy with the purchase. Picture quality is 9/10 in my opinion. The only negative I have is the stand it comes would be better if it would swivel but I am having it mounted on my wall so it isnt that huge of a deal. NOTE - This TV is like it shows in the images - it is BLACK not silver as the description says. The stand is silver but the TV itself is a stylish black.

Purchased after a recent basement remodel, great tv for the price. Easy setup and happy so far.

I have had This TV barely over a year and now a red line is permanently going through the center of the TV.

I loved the TV when I first set it up - beautiful picture and very good sound without a sound bar (clear and loud enough). I returned the tv after a week as the picture on my set would go black for a second or two everytime I watched it for more than one hour (it happened twice during a two hour movie). Also the sound would cut out for a split second about once a day while viewing. The Smart TV worked good online apart from content that requires Adobe Flash since this cannot be installed on these tv's - therefore if you want to watch a sports event that uses this technology you need to hook up the computer to the tv direct with hdmi - not using the built in browser. I called Samsung about that and they verified that is the case. I can't recommend this tv because of the display and sound sporadically cutting out.

This might be a good TV but I'll never know. I opened the box and set up the TV. While there was no visible damage out of the box, when I turned it on it was apparent the screen was, in the words of the manager at Best Buy, "horribly damaged." Even though the TV was delivered by Best Buy from their warehouse and only touched by a professional installer, Walter at Best Buy on 2255 Springfield Ave, Vauxhall, NJ refused to take it back. Horrible, horrible service. Best Buy lost a customer over this.
