Our other newer TV is also a Samsung and have had it 6 years without any issues. These are great TVs with clear pictures and easy to understand controls/options. The only thing my husband misses is our other Samsung is on a swivel stand and this one does not have that. Not a necessity but a nice to have. Would still definitely recommend.

Great smart tv. Picture quality is second to none. Set up was simple and straight forward. For the price, this is a great pick for someone like myself. I was looking for a quality made, great picture unit with the options that will not leave me behind the technology curve in a year or two. I believe I have found it with this unit!

This is a 55 inch. The detail it's so clear you can make out the blades of grass in HD shows or movies. I can use netflix, Amazon prime videos and hulu right from the tv. Its a smart tv. You don't have to use a DVD or blu-ray disc player to view them but you could. I lIke the fact it doesn't come with a camera but you have the option to put one on. Glad i purchased this television I can actually read the text on the cellphone in a show or movie.

After our 5 year old plasma died for the second time, it was time to get a next gen TV. We were nervous about price and what we could get for our money. We made a stop at another store (not Best Buy) and weren't even given the time of day. Since we purchased the previous plasma TV at Best Buy, we decided to go there and we are so happy we did. We worked with 2 different associates, one who gave us the lay of the land in TVs then the Samsung expert in the TV section. He was so knowledgeable, he pointed us in the right direction from the beginning. He was patient as I hymned and hawed about the different options. He answered every question my husband had which made us both feel comfortable. Then, on top of the great people and selection, we got a screaming deal! We got the TV for a great price, and Samsung was also running a special that included a Sound Bar in the purchase price. So now we have great picture, but also great sound! We will keep going to Best Buy for all of our major electronic purchases!

I almost bought a Visio TV, that was same size but cheaper, but after seeing this one and reading other reviews, I spent the extra $200 and am glad I did! Picture quality and color is excellent. Really enjoy SmartTV benefits like watching Netflix and Amazon Prime. The price was also very good! Black Friday Deals alway are, but the quality of this product is exceptional. I bought the warranty just in case. I recommend to anyone buying any type of electronics. You just never know.

The TV is great! Great picture, great color and great sound. It was easy to set up and blows my mind with the picture quality. What more can I say?

This UHD LED TV replaces my 8-year-old SAMSUNG LCD. The picture quality is excellent, especially when viewing Blu-ray and 4K content. Regular HD cable TV broadcasts are also amazing. There is a tiny bit of edge lighting bleed-through at the bottom of the screen during very dark scenes, but I don't see this as an issue unless you obsess over it. The smart features are cool... this TV flawlessly streams video content from my iMac computer via Wifi... and it also plays videos of any format, mp4, .mkv, .mov, .avi, they all play fine on this TV via Wifi.

Crystal clear picture in Ultra HD was exactly what I had hoped for! Has a Sports Mode which even enhances the picture and sound quality for sports viewing. TV is lightweight and easily mountable as well!

We LOVE love love our new 55" Samsung Smart 4k tv. Granted, it did replace an old 12 year old 25" tv, but we can not believe how beautiful the picture is. We still use our old cable line and the picture on regular tv is still incredible and we're not paying for HDTV! Netflix is amazing. And our DVD's look great too. I thought we would have to switch everything to Blu ray but we are keeping our old DVD's! I looked around and did a lot of searching before I decided on this one. So glad we did, and great price too. Also, and this really impressed us. We had trouble connecting our Netflix to the tv, so we called Samsung's support line and they were SO helpful and were able to figure out the problem on their end and fix it for us. It's been working great since and they said if we ever have any problems or questions we can call them. Such peace of mind!

Going from a nonHD 36" television to a 55" 4K was an unbelievable change for the better. The people seem so real compared to the two dimensional view portrayed on our old tv. The color is beautiful and now I can read all the information that runs across the bottom on ESPN and on the news shows.

This tv surprised me, as it looks like actors are actually live. I expected improvement in looks, but nothing like this. Most important: I can see the ball/puck when watching sports! That's huge after my previous 32 inch, non HD tv. An extra is the Smart feature, which I am still exploring but is so easy to use!

This tv was recommended to us by a installer so we checked it out online and like the reviews so we went to see it a another store. The picture was great and the features were just what we were wanting. Check prices and desided on Best Buy because of the reword system to get additional equipment for free.

Great picture and easy to set up....good price point as well

This is my 3rd Samsung HDTV, because I have had very good luck with the brand. The picture quality is so good that I find the viewing experience to be actually transformed - almost like watching live action. It was very easy to set this unit up, and the wifi connection was seamless. Started right off watching Netflix within 10 minutes of taking it out of the box. Highly recommend this product.

Watching old Sony tv and it just died. Went online, read reviews and decided to jump into 4000k future. Glad I did. TV has plenty of HDMI ports. Smart apps. Set up was a breeze. Size is just right for average room, not huge, not little. Make sure, if you don't like the scan look or speed to go into picture settings and turn of active motion. It helps on video games but not on regular television. Price is just right. Its a Samsung so it'll last a few years but get warranty.

Bought the tv first day of NFL season. Initially wasn't impressed then realized my box had different settings for 480, 720 and 1080. It's a 4k tv so once I switched the setting was super impressed! The tv is light weight and easier to assemble. Haven't messed around much with different settings, however I did connect my bluetooth wireless head set. Love all the options this tv has from wireless, bluetooth, usb ports and hdmi. It was a solid buy for a great price. (Labor day special)

So many TVs, so many options. But if you want the best TV Value for price look no further. I have two of these TVs. Last years model and now this one. Great Picture. The smart TV works well and finally no remote wand that is like the Nintendo Wii. Keep in mind there is not much 4K content yet but you will be ready when it becomes main stream. TV volume is not bad but I prefer a sound bar added on. Samsung 4K is the way to go. Best Buy has had some great sales lately.

Right out of the box, it did not seem like it was as nice as it should have been. Went onto the AVS website and found some recommended settings and after making a few adjustments, it became the most amazing picture I've ever seen. I was under the impression that it could stream Netflix in 4k and at the time of purchase it was not on the list of supported TVs. I didn't know that you needed to upgrade your Netflix account to get UHD so I did and it still didn't stream 4k but still upscaled perfectly. A few online chats between Samsung and Netflix confirmed that it was not 4k streamable on Netflix yet but they were adding new TVs as fast as they could. About 2 weeks after purchase, I rechecked Netflix again and while still not on their list of supported TVs, the 4k section of Netflix was enabled and it streams perfectly.

My past TV was a Panasonic plasma that was great. I was not sure how the Samsung would compare but was very surprise when with the quality of picture, easy set-up and the many new features. The apps available with the built-in wireless are very nice for access for streaming movies via Netflix and Amazon. I would definitely recommend it.

I am extremely pleased with this Samsung 55" TV. The color is highly saturated and bright, the HD picture is very sharp and the sound is surprisingly good. I also like how thin the TV is, making it a good fit on my stand.
