I have been around TV and audio for about 50 years. My last TV was a Pioneer Plasma and had hoped that would be my last one. Unfortunately it developed a flare in the middle of the display. I did not like the picture immediately after I hooked it up. But, I began to appreciate the depth and colors after a few weeks. The dimension aspect still freaks me out. I had one problem with it that really upset me. The video input would jump from the HDMI 1 to a blank input. I would have to select the source button and change it back. This started happening with more frequency and began to worry that I had a defective set. I called Best Buy and found out that there is a 2 week grace period and I would have to deal directly with Samsung. After a few tries of re setting the TV it was still switching inputs. I made a total of 4 calls to Samsung. On the last call I was told that since I did not have Wi Fi I would have to download a new firmware for the TV. What? Well I did that and finally my TV was fixed. Samsung warranty took care of the problem. But....I do not like having problems...You dig?

For the price this tv is an excellent buy and you can't beat it! This is our first Samsung tv and we have not been disappointed. The picture is clear and amazing. The volume takes some getting use to because it doesn't seem like it changes very much. You have to turn it way up or way down. The internet features are easy to use.

I am a believer in that you must actually see the picture on the TV you are going to buy. In seeing this TV at the store, I thought the picture was really great. Combine the price, the 4k ready, and smart TV function, and this TV is a winner. Very happy with this purchase.

This TV has a beautiful picture. The upscaling is phenomenal! I cannot get over the clarity the picture gives you especially on the lower cable channels that are not HD. Bought a pricey sound bar partly because the salesman said the speakers were not that great (they are wonderful for tv viewing) and partly because they are the in-thing right now. We do not use the sound bar too often. Only thing I do not like is that we have a window on the opposite wall from the tv and you can see every bit of it on the tv screen...something to think about for someone's future purchase!

Bought this TV after my Sony 50" finally bit the dust. Decided that iwas going to get a 4k UHD. After looking at the different models and prices,I selected this one. It had the features i wanted and it was on sale. picture is excellent and the Smart TV feature is great.

This TV is amazing. It has such a beautiful picture it looks like you are watching in person. I wasn't sure I liked that at first though because everything felt like being at a play. The color and quality is intense. Love it!

The tv has a great picture, good sound, was easy to setup and use. It is a great value. Preloaded apps are easy to use. Love the tv.

I shopped for about a month on line between Vizio, LG and Samsung. I had a Samsung before this one. I just felt that I had a good experience with my first 720 HD 40 inch. It was time to move up to the 4K samsung 6500 series 55 inch. Great picture and easy to set up. Just a little adjustment and boom, your ready to roll. Thanks alot Best Buy for your great product.

This TV has an extremely clear picture with background details that I have never seen before. Sometimes i feel like the motion is a little too fast but, I haven't tried to adjust it. It is easy to set up and operate. Overall I'm very happy with it.

I tried three other UHD LED's within one week. The screens all went bad, they were Visio. I spent the extra few dollars and purchased the Samsung. I never looked back. This is an excellent TV. Color, ease of use and all around fantastic product.

I love Samsung TVs but don't be fooled with the motion clarity 120, this tv is only native 60hz refresh rate and you will notice motion blur. Great picture quality but had to return it bc of the motion blur, bought a tv with a native refresh rate 120hz much happier

The Best Buy store I went to had the greatest employee. He knew everything we needed to know! And, he was right too! It has a great picture and all the features I was looking for. This television is awesome!

I needed to replace a TV that was struck by lightning, so I decided to upgrade to a larger screen size, and more current technology. This TV fit my needs, and was at a Great price. Also I was able to get it delivered and my old TV hauled away.

This is my second Samsung TV and I absolutely love it. I replaced a 54 inch Samsung plasma that lasted over 8 years. I probably could have had it repaired fairly reasonable but when I saw the picture on the 4 K UHD I had to have it. I swear the picture on this TV looks almost 3 D like. And the Sports sound option, puts you right in the stands. I love love love this TV and Samsung. RCA used to be my brand but I gotta say Samsung is so ahead of technology. Buy one, you wont regret it.

Every TV in the price range of this one has some sort of compromise. You either give up HDMI ports, screen quality or smart features. This TV however has it all. I got it on an open box buy for a great price and added the 4 year protection for peace of mind all cheaper than buying a new one off the shelf with no warranty. The smart features were not required as I have an HTPC hooked up, however they work so well I use them most of the time now. The processor is fast and video runs smooth using the wireless AC protocol. I do notice some strange behavior when navigating home videos on my server but not many people use media this way so I overlook it. The picture settings out of the box are not the best but a quick Google search gave me some new baseline settings to work from and now the picture is perfect.

Really glad we decided to go with the 4k HD. The picture is so much more vivid, with especially breathtaking outdoor scenery. We're also loving the Smart TV capabilities.

My husband and I were looking for a smart TV with good picture quality and was easy to setup. This Samsung is super sharp and the setup process was completely painless.

I bought this TV on a whim. I was thinking about upgrading from my 6 year old plasma TV and when I saw the deal on this Samsung I had to get it. The picture quality is phenomenal as is the sound straight from the TV. I also really like the Smart TV application. Plenty of HDMI inputs. Overall I am really happy with the TV. Great quality for the money.

Bought this TV a few weeks ago. Had a few problems initially. Traded in a 55 in. Sony (regular HD) that was hooked up to a Sony sound bar system. The Samsung DOES NOT play well with the Sony system but finally did get an acceptable solution/configuration. The second problem - and the reason for 4 stars - was the light bleed on the bottom edge which meant I had to take the first one back and trade it for another. Not a big hassle because it was within the 14 days but still a hassle. The second set was everything advertised and is simply amazing. I agonized over this one and the equivalent Sony. Finally rejected the Sony because of the color of the case (silver) and the horrible stand but I was worried. Not any more! Anyway, what little 4K content that is out there on Netflix, Amazon, etc. is absolutely stunning and regular HD up scaled is also impressive. Very happy with my choice and I may just replace the Sony A/V sound bar with an equivalent Samsung model in the near future to make it perfect.
