This TV replaced an older Samsung 55". This is brighter, colors are more saturated and the bezel is much slimmer. The unit is lighter in weight. I am quite happy with the TV. Instructions for setting up a bluetooth keyboard are not very well documented had to go to the web.

We have had this TV a couple weeks and so far I am happy with the picture quality and overall performance of the TV , there is one thing that I am unhappy about and that is the lack of regular audio outputs on the tv , I had told the sales person I planned to hook this up to my surround sound system and he said "Oh it will sound great " he neglected to tell me that I would need to by a converter to actually use the tv with my harmon cardon amplifier , I dont know if lack of regular audio outputs is exclusive to samsung or not but I find it to be a bad choice by samsung to not include that in their sets , there are many people who prefer the sound quality of older analog amplifiers to the newer digital amplifiers , I think samsung cheeped out by not having this on their sets ...

The picture on the television is very crisp and clear. An excellent television at a good price.

Great picture with vivid colors. Speaker system could be better; however, given the slim line of the television set, it is adequate. Having multiple HDMI ports makes connections (headphones, recorder, etc) quite easy. Set up was very simple and required no special expertise.

Amazing picture, easy to setup. Still learning to use smart function. But this new 4K makes everything so realistic.

The picture is very sharp,clear and has great color. It was very easy to set up and I had no problems.

Picked this up as a treat for myself and couldn't have made a better choice! Love, love, love the picture and how lightweight it is. It has enough hdmi ports for me to plug in everything. Great TV for the price.

We have graduated to a new HD television and this is just the right size for what we need when watching our favorite shows and movies. Color, details and sound are so much better than the smaller TVs we have had in the past. As a gift to each other, this 55 inch Samsung TV is how we had envisioned it would be and so much more.

This is my third Samsung TV,and like the other two this tv lives up to its name .Great picture ,and sound.Add its sleek design,and it's light weight only make mounting and placing the tv a breeze.I feel it's a grea t TV all around and that's why I own three Samsung tvs.

Samsung JU6500 4K UHD is best in class TV, great picture quality, contrast and color also awesome sound. Must buy for those who are going to watch lots of HD movies. All over value for your money. Good buy 55" at price of $899. I would recommend buying this mid range than higher end 4K TVs with highly marketed featured TV.

Right out of the box..ease of set-up. Many great features with easy to follow instructions to set it all up. Beautiful picture

Great picture, a ton of options with the Smart TV section and a price, albeit $1000, that is pretty darn good for a high-end product. If you're looking to upgrade to 4k this is a great upper-mid-range choice!

This TV has a great picture and is synched with my computer for access to streaming. I'm very happy with it.

This turned into a great deal as it was a great price due to being an open box item. Great picture..great size...great price...great purchase!

I am very please with the Samsung 4K TV. The picture quality is unbelievable. The set up was easy, connecting the Smart feature of the TV to the internet was easy as well. I am very satisfied with the TV and features. I highly recommend this product.

This TV is now over our fireplace. We love the TV. The picture quality is fantastic and set up very easy. We also purchased the Samsung sound bar to go along with it. Highly recommend the two together.

Stunning colors and clarity! Love the sound, no sound bar really needed. Only issue I have is the tv often forgets my wifi password and the directv remote at times doesn't respond when I try to adjust the volume. Turn off the tv and back on then works.. minor inconvenience but overall love this purchase!

Our old HDTV died after a short 4 years. The replacement choice was easy as I has purchases a 40" UN40JU6500 6 months ago for XBox gaming and lov it. Samsung simply has the best picture, great apps and the sports mode is awesome when watching those activities. The tv was on sale too but I had found it $100 cheaper across town. That was no issue and Best buy price matched it after confirming the other stores price. It was simple and easy. The 400K picture is a step up and the price was really good. Our family is really enjoying it.
