I was always a big fan of Samsung TV. I have used three Samsung TVs prior to this and I have not faced any issues. I bought this TV for thanksgiving with a 50$ discount. I don't if taking this cut was a mistake I got the most terrible ever. The apps in this TV crash automatically, the TV reboots every now and then. My life has become busy with all the calls with customer care and troubleshooting the TV issues :( I would never ever recommend this TV to anyone.

Lol. I held on to my Panasonic for a number of years. Of course I've seen current high end. Also my new purchase end. Sales like to upgrade you up,shadowing,maybe not a good choice bla,bla. I was aware of what I was buying. Quite happy.

I’ve barely watch this tv ,thinking on returning it. For A smart tv it’s very difficult to me. I’m not the electronic type of person even though I have a lot of electronic things . I’m not good at working out directions. Maybe it’s just me . It constantly flashes something went wrong or shut down. Please don’t turn the tv off and back on more messages.

It hasnt even been 2 years, my tv no longer receives network connections. Its nownout of warranty and if i want to use my smart tv, that only works with internet, i have to pay to fix it
Worst product and worst customer service. The manager was so rude when I came back as the monitor cracked the screen with a little touch to move from one desk to another.

Everything was beautiful with the TV until after about 3 weeks. Everytime I turned the power on it would not connect to wifi unless I unplugged it from power and plugged it back in. This was a pain in the rear. After a Google search I found this happens with other Samsung TVs as well. I put in a request to technical support at Samsung and called Best Buy. I was happy to hear from Best Buy that since it is a problem this product is having I could either bring the TV back to exchange or they could send someone over from the Geek Squad to take a look. In the meantime Samsung called me back and was able to remote right into my TV and fix the glitch! The man I spoke with said some of these models have this glitch and nee just what to do! Fingers crossed it keeps working smoothly. I appreciate both Best Buy and Samsung for being willing to help

When both of our TVs died about the same time I really did not want to go & buy new TVs so shortly after Christmas! After researching Best Buy has the best price & this Samsung TV had very good ratings so we bought 2 of them. Boy we the ratings spot on! These TVs have an amazing picture & I love the smart tv feature, it's so easy to use. If had to say anything against the tv, the only thing I would say is that it takes 2 people to connect the wires in the back of the TV. One person to hold the TV and 1 person to connect. Our old Samsung's the screen swiveled so one person can plug in the connections themselves.

Purchased for the additional room but might need to transition to the family room - beautiful picture - lightweight -easy quick set up - smart tv makes it great for apps - great delivery in the door !

Wonderful so far! The only thing I don’t like is the remote. It is too small for the hand. However tv has great picture and I really like the smart features. Quick and easy set to understand. Recommend

This is a really great tv, awesome picture and the set up was really easy. The price was amazing. The only negative is that the volume could be better but overall great value.

My first Samsung. I have been loyal to their competition. After two failures from their competition in less than 6 months I went to the Samsung. I immediately found the setups and menus much easier to use. I also immediately noticed the quality of the image sharper and vibrant. This television just has a more professional feeling to it. I also noticed the weight was much heavier. Not too much for any wall mount of course. Just be aware when your removing one television and replacing with another it obviously has a much sturdier feel to it.

We were looking to replace our 4 year old 55" LG TV that quit working, but didn't want to spend over $500. The sales person steered us to this Samsung which is not the newest and best they offer, but was still an upgrade over our previous TV. We are very happy with the picture quality. The colors are perfect and the images almost look 3 dimensional. It is a massive improvement over what we had previously. It was on sale too, so we were very pleased with the price.
